Can I Pitch THE PERFECT MARIO BROS MOVIE SEQUEL?! (Part 2)

- Well, The Super Mario Bros Movie has basically come and gone at this point, but I'm not quite done fanboying about this film yet! Heck, here I am basically penning my multi part idea for a Super Mario Bros Movie sequel, my own Super Mario Bros Movie 2 if you will. Last time, we saw the origins of Wario and Waluigi from petty diamond city lowlifes to the Mushroom Kingdom's biggest new villains! Along with the hatching of Yoshi and some hints at Mario Galaxy. And now in part 2, all of our main characters are gonna get some time to shine, such as Mario and Luigi going on a little Mario Odyssey adventure and meeting up with Yoshi, Toad training his fellow mushrooms in the ways of princess protection and Princess Peach heading off to Sarasaland to confront an old friend Princess Daisy after some apparently fowl play at a tennis match. Honestly, this was a lot of fun to write and I did get a lot of nostalgia for old Mario properties like Super Mario Land and World, but I think I'll save the last part for some time in the future since I really wanna talk about some other stuff in the foreseeable future. Eh, maybe I'll release part 3 when the actual movie comes out on digital. Then I can use some of the the actual animation instead of just trailer clips. Either way, likes and comments are very much appreciated if you can. ^^
P.S I know there’s a scene in the movie where Peach is surprised to see Mario in the mushroom kingdom, and some people take that as a sign that Peach has never seen another human in this world before, but honestly I feel like this line could mean a variety of things. Maybe she’s surprised since she hasn’t seen another human in a long time, or maybe she’s just surprised that Mario is a human at all since she points out how short he is. I doubt anyone’s gonna comment about this but I just wanted to bring it up.
P.S.S - I'll probably put all 3 parts together into one huge super cut at some point if people even care to see that. ^^

As good as this idea for Daisy is, it was established she was the only human for so long here, which was why she was so willing to be open to Mario helping her out, so Peach already knowing Daisy wouldn't make a lot of sense unless she just forgot Daisy.

I thought that too. I think what's best is having her HEARD of Daisy, but never met her. So when she does meet Daisy for the first time, she's like "Wait. You're a HUMAN?!" XD

Daisy and Peach wandered in the pipes as babies, but were separated and haven't seen each other in 20+ years. Peach vaguely remembers that she went in a "sandy" pipe, which prompts her to go to the "desert kingdom" to look for Daisy and learn more about her past. There are so many ways to make it work.
If we don't get "Hi I'm Daisy!" in the sequel I'm gonna lose it

Imagine the poison mushrooms don't actually kill Wario; they just kinda put him in that state that's basically Drunk/Crazy Wario from Wario Land 2. And while he's like that, he falls into a random fountain, the water causing him to regain his composure as he and Waluigi surrender.
If they bring in Rosalina before Daisy, I will be legitimately angry.

Exactly, Daisy debuted in the Mario series much before Rosalina but Nintendo often prefers Rosalina because she has a lot more story telling potential, that is why Rosalina appeared before Daisy in Smash Bros. I really want Daisy to show up before Rosalina because although there isn’t as much story telling potential, they can write Daisy into being such a unique important character.

So I REALLY like the idea of Daisy's backstory and reason for her competitiveness. I DON'T, however, like the idea of her framing Peach and lying to her ENTIRE kingdom. I think it would've been better if Peach competing with Daisy to win the tennis match was the first time Daisy lost and have her storm off in a rage. Peach finds her later on the verge of tears and then we get that pep talk you described omitting the factor of "Daisy sabotaged Peach's honest victory."
Yeeeaahhh....thinking about it, I don't think Daisy's one to cheat during sports or events at all. Wario and Waluigi on the other hand, ABSOLUTELY.
This is a really good sequel pitch. Send this to Illumination and Nintendo! This needs to happen!

My idea for how the bros find Yoshi: Luigi is doing a job in the sewer system of Brooklyn, checking for turtles and leaks. He then finds the Yoshi egg and it hatches like in the post credit scene. Yoshi says their name, then looks around, a bit scared before spotting Luigi. Yoshi notices the similar green on Luigi and then looks him in the eye and says "Mama". It has been established that Yoshi's can somewhat speak english, and know a few words in the language.
Thanks to this idea, along with Luigi subsequently adopting Yoshi, we can easily get a Mama Luigi joke in there lol
Imagine if when the Mario bros feed Wario The Poison Mushrooms, he just gets the Drunk Wario power up for 10 seconds.

This is a good sequel pitch so far. Can the sequel posy credit scene be wario somehow getting his hands on tiny bowser but then tossing him thinking hes annoying. We then hear that power up loosing spund effect and we see giant bowsers shadow appear over a terryfied wario.

I’ve calculated a rough estimate of how long each of the scenes in this hypothetical movie would be, both Part 1 and part 2. The length I’ve gathered so far is the film is currently at an estimated length of *56 Minutes and 30 Seconds.* (Of course, this is just my estimate and my guess of how long these scenes would be).
I can imagine one scene near the end of the film that would make this sequel the best for me. I think it would end things on a good, and slightly cute, note. I'll set the scene *cough cough*
During the final battle against Wario, Luigi notices a flash of orange speed past him. He looks and sees the most beautiful woman he's ever seen, and the bravest and strongest. As he watches this mysterious lady fight against their enemy, his pupils begin to form little hearts and his own heart starts to beat faster as he wonders who she is and if this is how Mario feels when he looks at Peach. His brother is soon heard calling out to him and Luigi shakes his head and gets back to the battle. Afterwards, when Wario has been taken away to prison, Mario and Luigi introduce Peach to Yoshi and she in turn introduces them to Daisy. Mario greets her very politely and thanks her for her help, Daisy saying she was just happy to help beat that garlic monster's sorry butt. Then she notices Luigi starring at her. (I can see this going one of two ways, either she's just very civil to him and doesn't notice his affections right away, or she notices and can't help but feeling flattered, especially since she automatically thinks he's very cute). Yoshi then grabs the girls' attention, and they giggle slightly upon watching him speed around, having fun and being cute. Luigi, still staring at Daisy, feels his heart beater faster again. Only to be snapped out of it by Mario making kissy faces at him. Luigi, very embarrassed, tells his big brother to stop it or he'll tell Peach about what Mario wrote about her in his journal. Mario holds up his hands in surrender and says he's only joking. Then pauses and goes 'wait... You read my journal'. Luigi then bites his lips, goes 'maybe~", and then proceeds to run away with Mario chasing him, the princesses laughing as they watch this with their arms around each other's shoulders. (Maybe Yoshi, thinking it's a game, joining in on the fun).

I think a good pitch is that the world that Sarasaland mirrors the world of the Mushroom Kingdom with its various Kingdoms. I'm going with this mainly because we haven't seen Sarasaland fleshed out in a game so it would be a perfect opportunity to utilize it. And its would go with the galaxy theme that was mentioned in the movie as well. Sarasaland would be the opposite to the Mushroom Kingdom of course housing opposite characters in nature such as Waluigi, Wario, and most importantly, Daisy. (Maybe even Birdo).
I think the idea with multiple stories could work well here as Peach still wonders about her origins and Mario, Luigi, and Peach each stumble upon a way to Sarasaland. Seeing the turmoil that the kingdom is facing because of Tatanga the space alien they help daisy out. Along the way Wario and Waluigi challenge the brothers giving them a place in the movie. They eventually liberate Sarasaland and since Tatanga is from space the question of other galaxies becomes even bigger, giving way for Rosalina in the third movie.

Maybe we could have the Toads training have to do with Mario Party, like some minigames from some games can be used here, as well as some other Mario spin-off media:
like minigame "Box mountain Mayhem", where Toads punch the boxes, another one than its a reference to smash where a toad has to be alongside a paper cut-out of Peach, protecting it from a cut-out of a Piranha Plant, etc....! Like references to another Mario related media! Or maybe this is a bad idea. Idk-

Here's an idea: So at one point in the Movie, Wario sneaks into the castle, and gets chased by the army of toads that Toad rallied, and then he smashes into a locked room that has a Mega Mushroom in it and Wario is astounded. Since, it's the second most powerful power up in the Mushroom Kingdom, the most being the superstar. He's about to eat it but he gets dogpiled by the Toads, and drops the mushroom. It goes bouncing around and everyone goes chasing it and they all pass by Bowser's cage and Bowser sees the Mega Mushroom. To eat it and gain it's power, he breathes all the fire in his stomach to melt the wires in the cage. He hops out and since he's so small, nobody notices him bounce by in his shell Double Dash item style {Obligatory Mario Reference 25} and lunges into the mushroom. He turns HUGE like in NSMBW {Obligatory Mario Reference 26} and destroys Peach's castle. He walks up to the pipe and smashes it and it creates a vortex like in the original, sending everything into Brooklyn and when they exit the other pipe there's a huge explosion! It sends everything flying including Wario on top of a huge building. It gives him a great view of all the destruction Bowser's causing, and he just says, "Hey scumbag, I WAS GONNA RULE THE WORLD, WAAAAAAAAAA!" In his fit of rage a question mark block hits him in the head and a Cape Feather comes out and in a effort to shut down Bowser, he eats and turns into Super Wario! From Smash Bros Brawl. {Obligatory Mario Reference 27} And flys off to stop Bowser!

I like your ending to the Peach vs Daisy match; however, what if Daisy won instead? Here me out:
So Daisy wins, the whole crowd is celebrating, and Peach makes her long, sad walk down the hallway back to the locker room, disappearing into the darkness (all shown from Daisy's POV and her smile slowly dwindles). As Peach is walking down the hallway her mind begins to swarm with negative thoughts: how she let down her friends and kingdom, how she lost her friend and can't seem to make up for it. (Camera starts fixed down the hallway as she's coming towards it and cuts to flashbacks as her mind stirs.) With each sad thought her pace slows until she is in motion no longer (and stops body ¾ in frame of fixed camera). She feels what's coming next and tells herself, "No. . .not again," as her thoughts become more frantic and she feels tears form in her eyes (camera slowly pushing into her face to mirror the intensity).
Then the camera cuts back far behind Peach, showing Daisy walking up to Peach, as she's doing her cry from Super Princess Peach (ayo reference check??). Daisy reaches out to Peach to comfort her and tell her the REAL truth of what happened all those years ago (all with the camera in front of them from waist up). Daisy gets a bit more emotional and also cries saying that she lost best friend years ago and doesn't want to make that same mistake again. They hug and makeup as Daisy also promises to Peach that she'll tell everyone the truth of what happened and let them decide what happens next.
And that's it, I apologize if it's a lot or if it's confusing with how I was describing each shot. I just wanted to better translate how the whole situation looked in my head to convey all the feeling and emotion it had. Please let me know what you think of this scenario, this sort of discussion is a huge favorite of mine since I studied it in school!
Daisy finally meets the scaredy cat luigi and they get a special moment at the end of the movie
Cool. I'd certainly love Daisy in it. 😃 And if Yoshi is gonna feature, have him call Luigi "Mama Luigi".
Here's my pitch: Daisy and Peach are cousins who wandered into the pipes as babies and got separated like Mario and Luigi. They grew up apart for 20+ years, so they don't remember each other well. Peach wants to learn more about her past, so she seeks out to Daisy's kingdom. She only remembers that Daisy went in a "sandy" pipe, so she, Mario, and Luigi venture to the "desert kingdom" (Sarasaland) to find Daisy.
I imagine after a falling out between Peach and Daisy, she moved to earth and everyone forgot her, everyone except peach. After Peach realizes they’re going to need extra help she goes to earth to look for her, trying to stay hidden.
To quote British Donald Trump from Harry Potter: “He’s back.”

How about there could be something mid-air that Wario and Waluigi are in, and Mario and Yoshi try to head up there and they do so with a cape feather powerup. However, a shot from their flying thingy makes them lose their power and they land on a platform, leaving them having to make one final jump in order for them to reach the flying thingy, but the gap is too big. Yoshi, however, makes a charge, jumps toward the flying thing and decides to throw Mario mid-air, sacrificing himself in the process. Mario is left to deal with Wario alone.
Maybe in the final bowser could be found by wario then mocked, and after wario is defeated bowser is accidentally free sees him and dose the final blow because of wario’s smug and nasty attitude. Also who would play daisy ???
Also wwario should also have an overvthe top broadway astyle villain song where he forces his yoshis to be miserable background dancers and singers.
I absolutely loved everything, especially Daisy’s whole thing but there are few notes:
1 - It’s ridiculous for a person known to be competitive not to handle losses, let alone false accuse her long-term bestest childhood friend as well as _ban her_ entirely for simply losing a game lol
2 - You shifted Daisy’s personality to be the worst kind of a sore loser as well as made her sound like a bad leader, meanwhile in games she always sounded like a powerful leader unlike Peach in games.
3 - Although you completely changed Sarasaland (AKA an empire that embrace mysteries like Pyramids/Moai Heads/Bermuda Triangle/etc. to hint at aliens). But I’m not mad at your interpretation, since it does match with Daisy’s personality, but it would be slightly better if you haven’t completely forgotten Sarasaland’s history.
I suggest make Toads the reason why Daisy banned Peach (maybe they kept playing with dangerous tech that caused an uproar in her empire or something and Daisy tried negotiating with Peach about it but peach became protective about Toads and refused to do something forcing Daisy to ban her).
I also suggest Peach cheat when competing with Daisy in the tennis (to show how tough she is at sports which is her passion) and let Daisy handle the loss like a good sport, maybe even make Daisy know about Peach cheating but she lets her, to show that she still has a soft spot for Peach.
My two cents~
If Yoshi is in this I NEEEEED a Mama Luigi Reference! I want this Peach and Daisy story to be in the movie if it comes to fruition!
Kristen Schall (aka Mabel Pines) should be Daisy's voice!
This series is a great idea, but I can't help but heavily disagree with the music choices. The original movies pop songs were EASILY the worst part of the movie, mostly because of how much they clashed with the score. It's even worse knowing that they DID record the score for those scenes, but haphazardly threw those songs into the movie for no reason.

I have an idea for a Donkey Kong Country movie. An old enemy of the Kongs called the kremlings comes for revenge; led by king k rool (played by Peter Dinklage). Meanwhile, Cranky Kong announces that he’s stepping down as king, and It’s now time for Donkey Kong to grow up and take charge.
I like that idea. In fact, that's what I want for the story of a potential Donkey Kong Country movie
King K Rool is British and he should be voiced by a British voice actor.

Peach thinks she’s the only human in the Mushroom kingdom and that world until Mario showed up. If Peach grew up and was coronated in the Mushroom kingdom all those years without seeing another human then she doesn’t know that Daisy lives in that world let alone governs Sarasaland or that Sarasaland even exists. Peach and Daisy don’t know of each other’s existence based on the first movie. But I would love to see Daisy and Peach become best friends, Daisy to meet Mario and Luigi, and the citizens of Mushroom kingdom travel to Sarasaland.

I think Bowser should somehow get involed like he actually helps Mario's side because you know if he doesn't help his kingdom will likely be taken down next or they just promise to return him to normal if he promises to back off and help them.
I like that this script has the running themes of competition and rivalry. Having the Wa boys show the negative aspects and Daisy show the positive is perfect!
The only characters left that still need a bit of the spotlight are Luigi and Waluigi. Have Mario help Luigi grow into his skills like Mario's did in ghe first one. Contrast this with how Wario keeps undermining Waluigi's confidence, causing Waluigi to always crack under pressure despite his skills.
I still like my idea of Daisy being a long lost sister of peach who was raised on Earth
I would also do Captain Toad, Luigi and maybe Yoshi in stand alone movies before this and would by now have Toadeete ready maybe use her as a decoy
Nintendo mistakenly said that Peach and Daisy are cousins. If Peach and Daisy were not aware of each other’s existence then how about being half-cousins. Peach and Daisy share a common grandparent whom got divorced or widowed and later remarried. Since Peach travelled to the Mushroom kingdom first then that makes Daisy the younger one.

But I do like the idea of Peach having retrograde amnesia and Daisy arriving in Sarasaland spending her entire princess-hood looking for her long lost cousin while ruling over her citizens.

Here's my idea for, not a sequel, but a spin-off. Like how Puss got his own movies in the Shrek Franchise. I present my idea for "Donkey Kong Country The Movie".
We all know good ol' DK is essentially a hero, and heir to the throne, of his kingdom, well ... Cranky Kong's kingdom. We also know he's a bit of a show off and very self confident. However, I don't think we really see him doing much for the Kong Kingdom ... Kongdom, haha, itself. Could be very useful for a plot.
One day, Cranky goes up to DK, who's enjoying snacking on his banana horde. "Look here, Lazy Butt!" Cranky starts saying, in a somewhat frustrated tone, "I'm not going to be around forever, and when I finally go to that great plantation in the sky, you're going to be Top Banana. And frankly, you really don't know how to be a leader. Heck, that overgrown turtle completely humiliated you! You needed that fat guy to pull your backside out of the fire!" DK retorts with things like "but Bowser's gone," "I'm strong enough to take care of anything that comes our way," and "Who else would want anything we have?" Cranky reflects with a "We do have enemies. Enemies who we haven't seen for a long time, but are still out there... the Kremlings." "But they're just old stories," DK replies. Cranky hits him with his cane, "No they aren't! They're out there, and who knows what they're planning."
Cut to the Kremling Navy, led by King K.Rool, who is singing about how he's ready to invade the Kong's territory and claim what's his. For a bit of fun, let's say he's singing the lyrics Juno Songs (on UA-cam) came up with for Gangplank Galleon. The attack begins, DK is informed and charges to attack, but loses because he rushed in on his own. Cranky is captured, and lots of Kongs displaced, as the Kremlings continue on the warpath.
Diddy Kong, who in this version is just a big fan of Donkey Kong, finds his hero looking defeated. DK is miserable, he couldn't even defend his people, he's a failure. But Diddy does his best to convince DK that there's still hope! At this point, a couple of Kremlings spot them and decide they'd make good gifts for the boss. Donkey spots them and leaps to defend Diddy just before they strike! DK begs for Diddy to run, but Diddy acrobatically jumps around and knocks the Kremlings out. DK is impressed, saying that Diddy should be the true hero. Diddy declines, but says "I know others in the DK fan club who are way more impressive than me! And I'm sure we'd all be willing to help you beat that mean old K.Drool!"
Cue team gathering montage, where the duo manage to recruit Dixie (who Diddy clearly has a crush on), Tiny (who might have a crush on Diddy), Lanky, Chunky, and maybe a couple more of the Kong Crew. Then a big battle to raid the Kremlings command, during which all their varied skills are used and they free other Kongs. DK reflects that together they are capable of far more than he could on his own. Finally, they come up to K.Rool's chambers, where Cranky is hanging from a cage. K.Rool mocks the Kongs (possibly in song) and says they've had it too good for too long, making them soft. DK announces "We may be soft apart, but together we are strong!" You can't just assume people will know what you mean every time!" Laughter, Cranky's continued rant fading out as we zoom away... To see K.Rool grumbling, planning revenge, and turning to see ... either A) a familiar silhouette, or B) a distant snow storm with what looks like a very large viking longboat under it. Gotta get that sequel bait in.

I personally would like if Toadette made an appearance in the next Mario movie. In my mind the Toadette Peach form power up from the new Super Mario Deluxe game is ether stored somewhere in case of an emergency or one of Bowser’s men made it. Also Toadette is some sort of new Toad that they discovered off screen during the first movie or one of Bowser’s men created her as a distract the Toads. She uses the Peach form as to help Peach rule her kingdom in case of emergency or something evil so she can rule the kingdom as Bowser can rule the Mushroom kingdom.
Basically Toachette is a distraction so Bower’s henchmen can rescue Bowser.
This movie would be almost perfect but it needed more of Bowsers brother... You guys know Bowser has a brother right

For the post-credits scene in the sequel, I think we should have something like the “Fine. I’ll do it myself.” scene from Age of Ultron, but instead of Thanos, it’s Dimentio, who becomes the big bad of the third movie.
I’m not sure how I feel about yoshi hardly being in it, the way I would do it is that yoshi needs to get back to his island so Mario and the gang go there along side toadette where birdo gets a rivalry with yoshi, Sarasaland are ally’s to yoshis island and bowser comes in working with wario and waluigi, the koopalings and bowser jr. not sure about the character arch so someone else can figure it out

Even though i really like this idea of a sequel for the mario movie (and trust me I really do) it'll be cool to see you do other versions like one version has the koopalings (+bowser jr) as the main villains or heck maybe another one has wart as the main villain for the sequel.

in fact speaking of pizza tower, I actually thought up a few ideas for what the stories I commented on your update video could be. and i wanted to share them with you.

in terms of how it would work, I think it should have her be a backstabber to both sides for different reasons. Vandelay technologies (Kale especially) for not helping her town when it was struck by an ecological disaster. as well as chai and the group since she sees them as a means to an end
(What if jenny never met brad and sided with the cluster)
Now before you say anything, I am aware that it is titled "what if jenny never met brad and sided with the cluster" but this idea was so good, I couldn't pass the opportunity. as for what it is, let me explain. at some point during the war between earth's forces and the cluster. jenny (now cluster prime's top commanding general) is searching through the city's rubble for any surviving humans eventually finding brad (who joined skyway patrol in order to help earth's efforts of stopping the invasion) within the rubble. and at first, she holds him at gunpoint since he was fighting for the opposing side. but was surprised when brad compliments the way she fights. this was new to her since every human she helped were either ungrateful, made fun of or ridiculed (I recommend watching the show for more context) this made jenny a bit curious (almost fascinated if you will) by his kindness. but slowly but surely, this encounter would prove to her that maybe earth is worth saving (in other words it would be jenny's redemption arc).
(what if the vigilante was the main character of pizza tower)
this one was easily my favorite part to type.
if you don't know, since pizza tower is a game with little to no story, I actually decided to interpret the events (mainly pizzaface's goal) of the game as if it was a show (in other words, think of it as a cartoon that has the wacky feel of old cartoons like Rocko's modern life, with the heart and story of a Pixar or DreamWorks film) and I gotta say, and boy that opened the door for new opportunities. so without further ado here's my take on the story (the version with the vigilante) of pizza tower.
basically, pizzaface's main goal in pizza tower is basically destroy Peppino's pizzeria, but little did Peppino knew, that this was essentially part of a bigger plot. a plan that involves pizzaface destroying other food themed businesses and establishments and replacing them with a replica of said establishment he blew up in the image of the pizzaboy restaurant from the level "Don't make a sound" (I recommend playing the game for context, not to mention there's a big twist with pizzaface).
now that we have the basics down, in the original story, this is where Peppino would march up the tower and its many levels to get to pizzaface, right? but since this version is focused on the vigilante, we're gonna have to take Peppino out of the picture. and I think I have the perfect setup. in other words, pizzaface is gonna think faster and actually capture not just Peppino, but also Gustavo and Mr. stick as well (for some reason?) trapping them in a cage that not even Peppino can break. at this point, since Peppino was trapped and was basically forced to watch as his restaurant gets blown to pieces, pizzaface believes he has won. but little did he know, Vigilante's dead grandfather "John E. Cheese" overhears his conversation and quickly rushes back to his family's farm to warn his grandson about his plan, and upon hearing what his dead grandpa has to say. he immediately rushed to the tower to stop this wicked pizza plot and bring pizzaface to justice. and one more thing, if you decide to include the levels. I don't mind at all, if anything I'd definitely like to see the vigilante's travels within each level. just simply limit it to two floors per video, just to save time. (BTW it would be cool to see western district, despite the vigilante being the hero in this version. and to see snotty help him on his journey, heck you can even have him ride brick the rat if you want)
and those were my ideas of how these what-if stories would play out, I hope you like them. and if you did, I hope you can use these ideas if you decide to do any of these three stories. and also, I can't wait to see how the final conflict plays out. as well as the other stuff coming after this. and hey I gotta say Finn, you really outdid yourself with these videos. and I hope you improve your work in the future ;)

I have an idea! Remember in the first movie that when Mario said Destiny is calling and Luigi thought of Destiny Del Vecchio their old classmate from high school? Well what if it could be Daisy and she’s from Brooklyn but she fell into the pipe and entered the Mushroom Kingdom

Chapter 2: Mario, Luigi, peach, the toads repair the airship and they give bowser jr a switch. They all hop onto the repaired airship and even free bowser but keeps him small. Bowser says “as much as I hate Ludwig, he did really well!” They all agree but while not focusing they end up in Mario galaxy. They start travelling around to find Ludwig’s fleet when they see a star shaped planet. They go there and they see a sign saying “welcome to planet pop star.” They ask a waddle Dee where he leader is and he says “oh! New people! King dedede is at the top of mount dedede.” They go on there way to mount dedede but on the way a pink circle walks to them and says “poyo!” Then it pulls out a watch-like-device and says “Sorry I forgot, my name is Kirby!” who shares a cheesecake and even gives a tiny bit of cream to mini bowser. They continue on there walk and finally get to the top and meet king dedede who says that he’ll give his strongest warrior… who walks in cloaked in shadow who turns out to be Kirby who joins the team. Jr asks”what have you accomplished?” Kirby says sipping on coffee “ I’ve beaten gods and I can absorb powers ups as long as I like even if hit!” Then they have a minute of silence with cricket sound effects

I really liked the idea except the conflict and resolution with Daisy and Peach. I understand what you are going for but honestly, why is peach better at tennis then Daisy?
This wouldn’t really make sense as Daisys entire kingdom is completely focused on sports and she herself clearly focuses on improving and remaining the best at the sport. So why is peach just better at the one thing she is good at?
If this happened in the movie it would really make me dislike peach as it would turn a honestly pretty fun character into an annoying marry sue.
Personally I think a better arc would have been that as Daisy is getting her revenge on the field Peach is able to talk to her and remind her of how things used to be. As Daisy continues she starts to hit the balls softer and softer as her drive to hurt peach dwindles

I personally don’t like the idea of Peach being old friends with Daisy as it wouldn’t make sense considering she never saw a human before the events of the first movie. I would personally save Daisy for a third movie.

Peach never said she hadn't seen a human before. I think they were cousins who were separated in the pipes as babies and haven't met in 20+ years.
Make a Luigi’s mansion movie, Mario movie 3 and captain toad movie. For fun, you don’t have to.
I have always thought of daisy as a bit of a tomboy character which would work well to differentiate her from peach who is regal and feminine. So I would say if I were to cast Daisy I would go with Hailey Stienfield as she is a decently famous actor with some rather impressive voice acting talent in her roles as Vi from arcane and Spider Gwen in into/Across the spiderverse. She has a real talent for being able to play tomboy style characters so I reckon she could kill the role as Daisy.
