Nice one Peter and great to take the overwhelm and bluster out of it.
I haven't actually gone to court but had lots of communication with regulatory authorities and legal people in relation to our case. Over time the fear and overwhelm starts to diminish as you start to see their avoidance, bluster, self-appointed superiority and lies for what it is. Eventually we got to evidence that turned our potential civil case into a criminal case and we have now handed over to police who deal with fraud. I do not feel confident in the legal system, I dont trust the integrity of 'professionals' so I am hoping the police will bring justice. I'm whacked after 11 years of their denials, avoiding and delaying tactics, but refused to give in until I found a way of getting to the truth or justice being done.
If I were to give advice, I would say - Beleive in yourself. Peter speaks it real, yes they are just people with no special powers and perhaps a lot of bluster to try and get you to back off rather than justice be done.

His phone number was said to be "full of shit". Was three years ago so maybe it has been changed. Be careful who you give your trust to. Test them first.

This is very weirdly encouraging. Aren't lawyers supposed to be conservative? Doesn't that mean always recommend against pro se? This video confuses me...

You know why it's difficult to represent oneself or to deal with courts and attorneys? Because attorneys and courts have unconstitutionally manipulated the law or rather are acting under color of law to make the legal system so convoluted that you will likely fail and therefore be extorted out of your money, property, and freedom.
