homemade Hibachi Plate for grill

clumsy chicken handling but no beer was spilled in the making of this vid. I followed the chicken on it with fried rice and veggies. The plate is barely under 1/8" thick (11 gauge) 3/16" or 1/4" would be really good but not practical as far as cost unless you found a great deal on it
