That throttle side is a hack job... this is not a good idea.

Yeap agreed. Doesn't look neat and tidy job. Drilling a hole at the handle bar is not that hard either.
Bit of a hack job. Easy to drill a hole and a much cleaner/proper job.

Yeh you are right,I will do in next same type of videos.
It's helpful to know why this way and not another way.. what is the benefit of doing it in a certain way or the drawback of doing it. To just watch something being done allows you to repeat the process but it is mimicking. When you give the why with the how then you are educating. Educating is growth and allows advancement of knowledge. From what you teach others can build on. That's how we evolve as a species -collaboration of ideas. Eventually we can go beyond the the illogical separation from imaginary lines we've drawn on maps and the ignorance of judgement of skin tones.

Why couldn't they just have a battery unit fitted to the handlebar.
Because that is monumentally stupid.
