It’s time to eliminate the weak link in your chain with the new QiJACK Mono (TS) input/output jack. The secret is the patented rings which expand into an oval shape to give you a consistent grip on your plug while reducing contact resistance for the best sound. You now have two contact points for the Tip, Ring and Sleeve for better performance.
Old style jacks have only one contact point which can become sloppy and weak. New QiJACK gives you a powerful hold and even after many insertions, the spring force stays strong.
You wouldn’t put bicycle tires on a Ferrari and you don’t want any other JACK between you and your music.

I just installed a Carter mono jack into my guitar. It feels morw solid than q switchcraft. These qi jacks look awesome but that price seems like it's twice of what it should be.
That's also interesting. I had an old jack socket (stereo, but I don't know why..) It still didn't connect.. I bought a new MEC socket (but mono..) Now it connects, but something still doesn't quite work with switching the switches. Now recently stopped playing single at the neck. and if you want to connect the middle single + humbacker the sound is quieter, and if you want to connect the single at the neck + humbacker there is no sound.
And recently, before shielding with copper foil, everything played when changing switches☺
How is it that a jack ends up a weak component? Why didn't you compare audio before and after?
will this fit an Ibanez RG1570 that has a barrel jack?

@Adam/FU Tone - I’ve got an ESP M-II with EMG 81s in it. Would this jack be compatible with that set up?

If it's mono what's the purpose of a TRS connection? All of my cables are tip-sleeve. Are a lot of guitarists outputting stereo signals nowadays?
They make a stereo and a mono version. It looks like the one shown on FU-Tone.com is the mono version. So you should be good to go. You can use a TRS jack for mono as well if you solder just the tip and sleeve and disregard the ring section.

I swear I've never seen a TRS jack on a guitar although I know they exist.
Or if you have an active circuit onboard they use the stereo jack for the switch to turn the preamp on so the battery doesn't drain.
TRS has a double bite on the ground. Nothing spectacular. But heaven forbid, when a guitarist goes active it is already there. It is overkill but doesn't hurt anything.

Great and all but does it pull your amp over or yank the expensive side of your cord out of the amp like the crappy Pure Tones do?

Ummm, do you think you might want to listen, measure or do an A/B comparison?? SMH. And, no, more is not more in electricity. The best speaker input posts are low-mass. I do not know if the QiJack is better or worse YET, but it would be nice if you had a clue, which you do not. So sad
This was a crappy demo. Why not demonstrate how the plug goes in and what the main features of the construction are?
