Cultural practices for beauty, health and wellness are definitely fascinating. I've personally been quite drawn to Nordic cultures. Then, I started feeling afraid that I was getting more attached other cultures more than my own. Well, I'm an overthinker. Also, one of my favourite books of all time is by a Japanese author, A Tale for the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki.
Loved the vintage Agatha Christy books! I’ve only read one book by her so far.. ☕️I usually get Dunkin and I order an iced coffee with french vanilla. However, we’re currently in TN and have discovered Dutch Bros!! I got their caramel pumpkin brûlée iced coffee and it is *chefs kiss*
