21:49 where does intuition fit in to making good decisions? the emotions are sometimes key to making good decisions, though they are not very quantifiable
also hindsight bias- like how do you know when you made a good decision based on your reasoning vs. correct place time. I often wonder how many "good decisions" vs. "good outcome" decisions are able to be honestly judged in retrospect. and if that's the case- what metrics do we use to judge good decision making, if emotions do usually play a key role in the "good outcome" decisions? surely on average you want "good outcomes" to correlate to "good decisions" in this framework
