@@AliexFolgueira you planning to use the universal rudder or just mount to the Beaver tail? I am hoping to use a YakGadget power pole mount down the road to fully customize mine when I get it. I have always wondered how well the hand steering will work with the universal rudder at full speed. I know at times it takes a good amount of foot power if you want to make a sharper turn with the foot steering. Let us know how the hand steering holds up to having the Bixpy on it. That K-1 is going to be perfect on the back too!!!

I bought a Moken 10 PDL from Eco Fishing Shop in Camdenton, Missouri. I had to pay $75 fee for wrapping. The drive was shipped inside the kayak. Great customer service.
I bought a moken 12.5 last year and totally love the yak I just wish companies would make them convertible into pdls. It would be nice if I could just buy the drive and use it

I agree on the packing. I bought a Moken 12.5 this Winter and had to have it shipped to me. I was really worried about the transport people hurting it. But it looked like a sarcophagus with all the excellent padding and wrapping it had on it. Other manufacturers take notice!

i love very long videos, i highly dislike the super edited, super hyper cuts, the ones that you need to keep your eyes on the screen or feel you lost something, i don't like those video. I also dont like long videos that waste peoples time, but this one flows, yeah it could probably be 20 mins long, but i just wanted to post something that is real and raw and not super edited.

hi, I don't have the kayak anymore, but you can reach out to feelfree they are responsive, they can tell you how long it is but you should be fine at 5.8

Thanks! I have a Jackson Bite that I loved when I weighed 250 but I’m closer to 300 now and it’s gotten pretty tippy. We also have a Seastream Angler 120 that is really stable. Do you think the Unlimited would be an upgrade in stability from that Angler 120? It seems to be the most budget friendly of the ones you mentioned.
I have a question, is possible to fish in the ocean with a good weather on this kayak? I have little space to store bigger kayak so i was thinking of getting one of these
for big water, get the 120 version, but yeah calm weather you can fish anywhere but open water?? it can get nasty quick! if you fish the flats of coastal water close to land this 10ft should be fine
@@AliexFolgueira I really like the ultimate and the 108, honestly I really want the autopilot old town but I can’t afford it yet lol so trying to aim for a more affordable kayak for lots of bass fishing and I’ll probably add some kind of motor to it.
I wouldn't own a kayak in Florida unless i had a storage locker or a garage with a security door everyone i know who has owned one has gotten it stolen

I have a 120 AutoPilot and was thinking of getting a PDL kayak and was looking for a lower cost way. I"m 220. The 120 PDL would cost more and I just wanted a quick grabber for me and the wife to hit some ponds with.

Many have done the upgrade later and i can tell you it lacks, i rather they build the boat the intended final way and carry on

275lbs under 6 ft really want stability and room for freshwater fishing what do you recommend Alex. Nucanoe or the Big Fish?

How stable is the compared to a old town 120?
topwater pdl 120? will be more stable, it is wider and bigger, but if you are under 200# this will hold you fine

@niceguydmm should hold you fine, check the other two videos I have on it, water demo and stability test
Sounded pretty loud while peddling.
It is, up on a stand in that warehouse, but it's much quieter in the water. From 5 ft away on the water you really can't even hear it.
