I blocke my ram air,because my bike run shity

If i open the ram air pass may gsxr600 srad 1996 can only run 3gear, then 4rth up gear no power..when i blocked the ram air,she can run now up 6gear..

I have The same problem on my Suzuki gsxr Srad. 3th gear at high rpm the bike beginns to run bad
