Do calisthenics so your forearm gets stronger, the muscle fiber will get harder and harder and you will be able to take pain when you hit the base of the tree!
I know that. But it would be helpful to have knowledge of what to do when you're forced to engage, like let's say you're cornered nowhere to escape safely.

Ben no it wasn't gang related some guys were harassing he's friends shop so he gave them a beating , they came back a few days later a shot him in the neck and face he died instantly. left behind a wife and 3 year old daughter.
