      I really enjoy the very easy to learn style of self-defense you are teaching sir. Very practical for all ages and genders. I also like the way you teach people how to remain strong even though they might receive a serious blow to the head or body. Great stuff. Those Asian Masters were lethal alright. As with you of course.

    Always great advice from the Master, conditioning is minimal in many systems,but if you are conditioned properly pain becomes pleasure

    • @rovidbouski4022
      @rovidbouski4022 8 років тому +21

      If pain becomes pleasure its an indicator of a mental disorder and you may want to have that looked at

    • @mustafmohamed368
      @mustafmohamed368 8 років тому +26

      no no, you obviously don't kno what he's on about, he is saying the more conditioned you are the more resistant you are to the pain, in other words you are ready for it

    It's most important to rub out any knots and sore spots as well as allowing plenty of time for the microfractures to heal before you rebuild, rubbing down with dit da jow afterward is very important as well. Thanks Sifu Wong for proper demonstration of the arm conditioning ☯️🙏🐲

    Hi all martial arts practitioners! Master Wong has taught me a lot about martial arts! My grip is stronger yet I'm lean and look skinny. I'm trying to practice this method and others with my 18 year old son and I am slowly teaching my youngest autistic son as well! My forearms have become a lot harder to hurt. Legs are more stable and more power. Love this fighting style especially mixing in other teqniques! Today is makiwara day! Cheers from Australia ❤

      Train hard. Live clean; don't let anyone bully you! Master Wong here. It's great to hear how my philosophy and my system have positively impacted your martial arts journey. The two virtues I want to talk about today are discipline and perseverance. These virtues are vital for personal growth and self-awareness. By cultivating discipline, you develop the ability to stay focused and committed to your training, while perseverance allows you to push through challenges and setbacks.
      In my system, we emphasize that the way you do anything is the way you do everything. So whether you're practicing on the makiwara or engaging in everyday tasks, bring the same level of dedication and attention to detail. This mindset helps to cultivate discipline and perseverance in all aspects of life, not just in martial arts.
      Additionally, situational awareness plays a crucial role in martial arts training. It's essential to quickly evaluate circumstances and adapt accordingly. By honing your senses and developing a keen awareness of your surroundings, you'll be better equipped to anticipate and respond effectively to any situation.
      Remember, summer is the perfect time for self-improvement. If you're looking to take your Wing Chun skills to the next level, I invite you to enroll in my Wing Chun Mastery: The Ultimate Solo Training program. It's designed to help you develop your skills at your own pace, and with the 60% discount, it's an opportunity you don't want to miss. Sign up now at store.masterwong.tv/wing-chun-mastery.
      Keep practicing, stay motivated, and don't hesitate to comment or share your progress. Train hard. Live clean; don't let anyone bully you! Master Wong. 👊🔥 #MartialArts #WuDeVirtues #SummerTraining

      Why even bother making this statement. No doubt you're american...Master Wong lives in England. In England there is pretty much zero chance you are gonna get into a confrontation on a night out with someone carrying a gun. Might as well say 'there's no point bringing a gun to a nuclear missile fight'
