Well I'm Greek and it's a Greek influenced restaurant. But not traditional Greek food. And I know it's Vegas so it would be expensive but you can get "Real Greek" food for less than a couple hundred dollars at you local tavern in any Greek village.

Hey there Jason ~ I love this new addition to your repertoire and you entertain the way I like to as well. I have dined at Milos in NYC as well as Las Vegas. I think the quality of their food is excellent but they are very proud ($$$) of their menu. I stay away from the touristy restaurants in general -- having been to Egypt on a regular basis, the food there, especially in Alexandria (on the Mediterranean) you get the same meal for 1/5 th the price. But it looked like a fabulous time and keep up the great content!. Jon

I’ve been to Milos for lunch and it was great . Don’t remember it being that much, but we had a smaller group. I love fish too though lol! Always love the reviews!

Place looked good, great service, problem is that the service comes at a price, and Vegas strip is going to be overpriced. Place is definitely for someone who doesn’t care much about money.

Would suggest that you try Yassou Greek restaurant in Vegas. A casual dining thing, but excellent food at reasonable prices. On W. Charleston, right past Buffalo, 8 miles west of the Strip. You're welcome 😉

We ate there 3 years ago and it was one the best dining experiences I ever had. The price depends on the wines you drink. We had 5 different bottles of champagne ($ 2000), and pretty much similar food courses like you. The service, ambiance was amazing.
Must have been an off night🤷♂️ scales on the fish is amateur hour either way

Love this channel (of course Mr. Handpay also). Any chance of you doing a review about the new American Place Steak house? They are opening this week/weekend. The prices on the menu are pretty high for the area. No doubt you have been giving them nothing but positive press and they could definitely benefit from a good review from you. I’ve been dining at the NYC location for 30+ years. Best Greek restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. Loved watching you eat and enjoy all of my favorites fish and vegetable dishes. 😋

I’m with you the service was great. Worker work, White knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor. The only thing that I would have been interested in trying there or those eggplant chips and fried cheese. I’m also with you they can keep the fish and considering the ribeye was 34 ounces it was definitely overcooked, the only thing you didn’t comment was the flavor of the ribeye did they season it with anything did it at least taste good even though it was overcooked. I prematurely spoke, I would eat that salad all day long as well the tomato and cheese salad….

Loved the review. I’m with you in the fish, it’s a no. I’ve never had octopus but love calamari but not if it is rubbery. Maine had the best calamari I’ve had. The salad looked amazing. I loved it all. Thank you for sharing these with us. Love watching from Ohio.

Take a day trip on one of the Sponge Boats. Very cool to see the old ways!!!
I spent a little time there back in 78…..Heading shrimp at the fish house for $1.00 a bucket to get a much needed meal was kinda rough though….😵💫🤪😂
We went back and spent a day there a couple of years ago.

I prefer the Milos in Midtown Manhattan on 55th. My favorite dish is the grilled octopus but have yet to have anything that wasn't great.
The octo was really good…but leaving the scales on the fish is bush league 🤷♂️

As Greeks we don't actually mix fish and meat in our dinning table as you did ... not even crustaceans and molluscs with fish (or one or another). The meat is always well cooked (mostly for hours and mostly on the grill or the oven) and never rare "al sangue" as you eat it. Those are new Experiences even for the Greeks (apart, for what i saw, the wine, the salad and the fried zucchini). Nevertheless the restaurant seem to present an excelent quality and service.

@@JasonWasTHERE Only if the fish is small like the sardines etc. otherwise no. Thinking about scales ... crustaceans have them and since you mixed everything can cause this sensation...it's one of the many reasons you don't mix fish with crustaceans but after all that's how a Restaurant make money.

About the Ice in the fresh fish display On my first night at The Rusty Pelican I had to re-Ice the display during the dinner rush because nobody wanted to do it. I reset everything, it looked better then it did at 4 pm and I chatted up guests lingering, waiting for tables at 8pm. I went from that first day as an oyster shucker to running that restaurant within a year. Insite as to why I enjoy your perspective. I'm still not sure if I would rather have you behind me at a slot or in front of me asking me to select for the table. Both would be cool
