Awesome video you guys have taught me so much and saved me probably thousands!!!!! I’ve watched multiple videos from you and have done the brakes, an alternator, oil changes, belts, spark plugs, and most likely my solenoid soon. Thanks to your videos I am sure I will be able to knock out any job!

Real good video easy to learn from your videos. I just subscribed.
My 2014 Hyundai Tucson shifting lever won't unlock unless I use a small flat head screw driver to push easily down into a small slot by the shifting lever to unlock it. I had to remove a small plastic cover about 10mm square to push the screw driver down in about 12-14mm and gently push to unlock the shifting lever. My wife took the car to the dealer to find out what the problem is, they told her the transmission solenoid was bad, they told her it would cost around $600.00 to fix it. $93.00 for the solenoid the rest was for fluid, gasket and labor. After watching your video I see why it is around $600.00.

Great videos, keep them coming! Very detailed. Quick question maybe you can help me with. I have a 2005 Hyundai Tucson GL 2.0L and I need to replace the TCC Solenoid but can find any location anywhere on which one of these solenoids it is. My shop manuals are just saying under the air cleaner, lol. $2,000/month and that's what I get lol. Using your video as a reference could you tell me starting from top, the location of this solenoid? They all look pretty much the same. Thank you in advance.

I have a new issue with my 2010 Hyundai Elantra 2.0l sedan while driving the car jerks a little bit when shifting gear around 40 to 45 mph. What could be the issue?

Your video shows removal of transmission solenoid on a 2009 and up. My request was how to remove a transmission solenoid on a 2002 Hyundai Elantra GT.

    PLEASE HELP!
Is there a solenoid kit you can buy instead of each single solenoid? I am trying to just replace my entire transmission solenoids instead of testing them as i know they are all bad from the gears grinding shavings and it has sat for 5 years. I have a 2014 Hyundai Elantra base model to be exact. What kind of transmission fluid should i use ? It has almost 300,000 miles on it.

I have 2009 sonata 2.4L automatic, it rough shift from 3rd to 2nd gear on cold start. It doesn't do this if I change gears manually or in automatic when once it warms up. Would you say it's the solenoid or the transmission speed sensor ?

@@bakhromr9574 change the whole harness which includes the transmission oil sensor with it. It is attached to the harness. Now here is the important part....the output and input sensors are all in one bracket, they are part of one bracket. Change that as well. Depending on which model you have either 2.0 or 2.4, just make sure you have the RIGHT sensors for you car.
You have to take out the valve body in order to take the oil sensor harness. And also the output and input sensor since they are behind the valve body. It is DIY job.
Look at other videos on UA-cam to do this. It might take you 3hrs if this is your first time taking off the transmission cover to do this job. It is pretty easy if you look at videos on youtube.

It has been in the garage since the end of July. I will try it out. Renting a car costing a fortune.

Please my Hyundai getz 2008 gear has issues it goes reverse well but forcefully jerking trying to move forward. The fixing man removed the gearbox and installed another one and after then i started expirincing this issues. I noticed that there is a black cover carry a single wire which can be socketed in the car but the installed gear doesn't have a wire in the black cover but the car has the wire so there no place to sucket it. Please help what can likely cause this

I understand making multiple videos for viewer content and different information aspects, but having to click on different links and other videos is a pain in the neck. Your descriptions say you're going to go into detail about certain aspects of the job in question or you're going to explain this and that "coming up" but you don't explain anything very well at all and then say to click on another video in order to actually figure out the steps you neglect to include. One video after the next... 45 minutes of you talking just to be 5 minutes into the procedure.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, I'd say your videos are worth about 999 words.
