Herbal Tea Recipe // My Top-Selling Farmers Market Blend

This is one of the very first recipes that I learned to blend when I took my first herbalism course and it is still one of my very favorites. It is also a top seller at my farmers market booth!
Spearmint, peppermint, and lemon balm make up the backbone of the notes and they are complimented by rose petals, chamomile flowers, and lavender buds which add light floral notes.
I call this blend “Inner Goddess” because it is so uplifting and makes me feel optimism and gratitude for life!
