First of all great video so glad to see NTW3 again. I play the mod and am in a clan (LG) and the Russian theme and language in the menu is a part of the immersion. In the launcher there is a tik box for randomized themes of all the factions in the mod to play in the background. For example if you got the USA theme there would be Yankee Doodle and such. Anyways so happy to have you back and if you want to play a battle or two with our clan, which has been around for some time, just reply and we'd love to. Anyways great battle!!!
I thought the Russian theme is a reference to war and peace.

Yeah, just played the game yesterday. It´s like good french wine, it gets better with time!
Rupert van Barg TV Until you spill it, but then you try to scoop it back up but you only get a little and the little amount of French wine is ruined because it has little crusty bits of the Chicken Parmesan you had yesterday, but you drink it anyway but it turns it tastes too much like chicken so you throw up. As you try to run to bathroom you puke again so you decide to go to sleep, but then you puke in your bed but you don't want to sleep on the couch so you decide to sleep right next to the puddle of vomit, you wake up the next day and you smell like vomit so you try to get up but you feel dizzy and as you are stumbling down the hallway you realize your house smells like vomit and you just stepped in a dried puddle of vomit, so you tell your cleaning lady to come and she takes the bed sheets and rolls them up not knowing you puked in them but she throws it in the washing machine and the dried bits of crusty puke gets into the crevices of the washer and load after load of clothes smells like absolute vomit all because of the French Wine. (I have no idea why I typed this out)

I like third age battles and the only total I have played has been a tiny bit of Rome 2 and medieval 2 so I am not very experienced and even though I did not get a single fucking bit of this battle, it was beautiful pixie, it was beautiful

Apollo, for the next siege week it would be cool for it to be Warhammer 2. The game doesn’t get as much attention as it should, and it would definitely regain popularity!

Thanks for this battle replay and your consideration for Notre Dame. For your visit in Paris don't worry, even if she's quite damaged, she's still beautiful from the outside. If you plan to visit inside a church in Paris, I can't recommand you enough to visit the " Ste Chapelle". It is absolutely gorgeous, actually way prettier from the inside than Notre Dame, but way smaller.

I think I know what happens to the confederation cav charge on artillery. Enemy cav were nearby and in point blank range and I have no doubt they had guns.
Insane battle scale.
Bayonet, hand-to-hand combat was incredibly rare in Napoleonic warfare

damn that intro was Terrifiying looking some troops marching in a column and walking towards you, your country would probably speak french
May I ask what your PC specs and/or your options in graphics and unit size are ? I find it strange that when I have 4 normal sized armies fight against each other, with no mods and so on, every TW game stutters. The units all move very laggy when that is the case. And I have a GTX 970 and a i7 950 with which I can run Battlefield 1 with no lags on maximum settings. It really makes me curious why every Total War, from Empire to Attila, behaves this way

You must turm off the volumetric effects and than it looks very nice.
