    Thanks for the video. It solved my problem as well. Two of the three front check valves were partially stuck. Once I freed them up and re-installed them, it worked like a charm. I was a bit panicked at first thinking that I was going to have to replace the pump or rebuilt it, so your video saved the day!!!!

    Thanks! My PW is pretty old and a broken o ring got stuck in the final jet before the output where you screw on the high pressure hose. I took apart just about everything on it and was ready to give up until I found your video and it had enough info to help me find the problem. Thanks again.

    Used my Kranzle HD 7-122 TS for about 20 times for car cleaning. Last two months not used. I always drain the last water in pump by letting the motor run some seconds after the water is disconnected (as advised by Kranzle). Today I wanted to use the machine but nothing, no water. Found this video and checked the first three valves. All valves actuated correctly so I reinstalled them and tried connecting to the water and machine worked again. For a machine with this prize and brand I find it weird that after so little uses it already failed on me. I got my old Karcher out (unused for two years) and it fired up right away... Thanks for the informative video! I saw myself driving to the repair shop.

      Hmm. Strange. You took 3 of 6 check valves out, no issue, re-installed and all's good. Odd. Lee wonders if it got "vapor" locked somehow. Very unusual. I've got to ask. Are you sure the water was turned on? Believe it or not, it does happen. We get that call about once a week. Feel free to give Lee a call to discuss in more detail. 800.544.1188. We would like to learn more. Glad you found a solution through this video and all is well with your Kranzle.

    I have a Kranzle K1122TST, if dirt from the garden hose gets in the pressure washer, can you teach me where to get that dirt off? I'm assuming there's a valve spot for the dirt to sit until I remove it, correct?

      Hi. This video you commented on answers the question. It is either in the filter, or it go through there, then the pump housing. You'll want to remove/clean all the check valves and the water out port.

    My dad has a Craftsman 2500 6.5 HP pressure washer. I set it up and no water comes out the discharge fixture. I ran the washer without the hose connected to the pump and no water comes out. I stuck a small screwdriver inside and found blue gummy stuff. He puts antifreeze in it prior to winter every fall. I've told him he doesn't need to if he empties the pump beforehand. I think the antifreeze somehow turned into slime and I'm not sure how to unclog it. Can you give me advice?

      Though we are Kranzle, not Craftsman, feel free to reach out to Josh Wagner via the DirtKiller.com website. DK does NOT carry Craftsman either, but has a wealth of experience with commercial grade machines. He will likely have a solution . *We recommend RV anti-freeze if storing a pressure washer in freezing condition. A small drop of frozen water can break a seal.

    • @kranzleusa5846

      Hello Sir,
      I believe you are saying that you are struggling to start your pressure washer because of the pressure that builds up in the high-pressure line. Assuming that this is the case, there could be a couple different causes for this issue. A simple solution is to remove any high-pressure nozzles from the gunjet/lance assembly to decrease restriction. Then attempt to start the engine while the trigger is squeezed on the gunjet. In commercial applications, you could implement a high-pressure ball valve on the hose end that would allow you to start the machine without the gunjet connected, and then close the valve and install the gunjet after it is running.
      As for your particular situation, most consumer machines are equipped with a “start-up relief valve” or “easy start valve” that momentarily bypasses flow until the engine is running at full speed and the pump can go into bypass. If this is a new issue that valve may be malfunctioning or defective. If you are able to start the machine with the gunjet squeezed (open/spraying) and then the engine stalls when the trigger is released (closed), then the unloader valve might require service. The two valves are sometimes integrated together. Feel free to contact us directly via a tech support ticket at KranzleUSA.com or call 800.544.1188

    Hey, so my pressure washer works perfectly the only problem is that I need to keep my finger on the trigger for water/pressure to come out. I can wash for 1 hour but only it I keep my finger on the trigger, if I let go, water won’t come out anymore. Is this a problem with my gun? Everything’s good but I can’t shoot then stop.

    • @kranzleusa5846
      @kranzleusa5846  3 місяці тому +1

      Hmm.. That sound exactly like how a gun-jet is supposed to work. Pull the trigger and water flows. Let go of the trigger, then water stops flowing. On, off. On, off.. Not sure what you mean by I can't shoot then stop... are you saying if you stop spraying the trigger no longer works and you can't spray again? If so, then yes. Something is wrong with your gun-jet.

    • @kranzleusa5846
      @kranzleusa5846  6 місяців тому +1

      Hi. No, not if close proximity to the source. All Kranzle pumps are self priming. They PULL water into themselves. They can even pull vertically a short distance (less than 3 feet.). Here's a link discussing best practices of setting up a water tank. ua-cam.com/video/Yw1BOdwnE8w/v-deo.html

      Hmm. That sounds the opposite of what it is supposed to do, it if is a Kranzle with total stop. Could be a faulty micro-switch. Just to confirm, it runs when turned on, but when you squeeze the trigger it stops? Feel free to call Josh at 800.544.1188 to discuss and troubleshoot further.
