I’m diamond 5 and just can’t break through to master yet. The losing streak story really hits home haha. Time to try out these tips on being more patient in matches.
@@MattyDates. the big losing streaks hurt my soul, they still do cuz they still happen lol. Ngl tho when I remember to start implementing these tips/rules I typically start winning again. Try these out and maybe they can help you break through to master!
Update - I hit Master! Just stick to it if you’re stuck. Matchup knowledge is a huge factor in how good you’re going to play consistently. Jumping back into replays against matches that felt impossible to win was probably the thing that worked best for me on improving quickly.
@@lollolz909 eh, it’s not always so simple as “just play more”. Learning how to learn something new and what you’re doing wrong is important here. You could play a lot but not improve if you don’t realize what you’re doing wrong and aren’t fixing bad habits. 1 hour of good coaching would get most a lot further than 10 hours of playing alone. Everyone learns differently though so I’m just sharing what helped me.
@@ApacheJay156 ya doesn’t hurt to give it a shot. If it doesn’t become a big part of your gameplay, they should still be good things to have in your back pocket for certain situations. I think they should help tho
@@Miguel-pw8jnit is but well worth it once you get the hang of it, at least I think. But hell ya dude you’re SO close to master! Easier said than done, but try not to let the anxiety get the best of you, you can get through this last stretch for sure. Idk if you warm up with training mode or casual matches, but that def helps me feel more ready for ranked sets
awesome advice as always man, was able to break through my plateau of gold and hitting plat 2 with your videos and advice! Also on a random side note, your teeth are very white and nice lmao
Tip 1: stop sucking jk - real tips stop DI'ing unless opponent DI's, and show them you can anti-air to make them have to actually play the game. learn drive rush combos. gg you're master (plat 1)
Lol ngl some might think these sound basic, but these are good tips to follow for sure. It’s really the basics and fundamentals that really carry you in most fighting games

Haha tbf that’s probably a good thing! I would guess most bronze players won’t know how to fight against this kind of play style
