This is VERY under-rated and VERY obscure. I have no idea why this isn't extremely popular. I do have crohn's disease but I don't have issues with tremors. I have always had issues with precision with eyeliners and gave up. As soon as I read an article about this product and watched a few reviews I am so excited to try this tool! I think this is a game changing product and I hope to continue to see more products aimed at functionality and towards people with disabilities!
I have limited flexibility in my dominant arm as well as bad vision without my glasses (which is different in each eye), so the guide wand is the only way that I've been able to get an even application across my two eyes (I've just given up at eyeliner in frustration in the past). I'm still practicing to be able to do exactly the thickness I want, but I'm actually confident for once that I'll be able to get there with time! I really hope to get to the point where I can do a wing someday

You shouldn't be wearing eyeliner at your age. Use shadow instead. Putting it on your lower water line makes you look older
