I have a question, do you have to launch at a marina with a boat ramp or can you launch anywhere on the delta within the allowed fishing area ? Like park your car on the levee and launch off a public road into the water?

Each tournament will have a list of approved launch or they usually are any public launch, launching from anywhere else will result in a disqualification
