Nothing like having the first cup of coffee and GB video in the morning! Another good tournament. It's nice to get that limit early so you can fish relaxed. Tough break on the missed fish. You would've finished higher.

Congrats Greg! You are right, its definitely hit or miss with frogs. Do you bend you hooks out any? I bend them so there is about a 1mm gap between the hook points and the body of the frog. You give up some weedless abilities, but my hook up ratio went up for sure.

Awesome vid greg, love your content. I’ve never done a yak tourney yet, but I want to hit a couple KBF’s next season. I just got an old town topwater 120 pdl, and I absolutely love it. Im in kentucky, so a few of the KBF’s are really close to me. I kept thinking when u were fishing the frog, that maybe you shoulda went back in after a couple of the missed ones with a punching jig, or heavy texas rig, or tokyo rig. But I wasn’t there, I don’t know what the conditions were, and I dunno what the bite was on. It seemed like there was a dam good frog bite, but I woulda explored a punching setup too. West coast fishing is way dif than east coast fishing, so thats just a thought, I am in no way a pro or even that good at fishing where I should be giving advice. Awesome job man.

Hey bro that nolix sneaky frog is a hell of a frog. Walks like a spook in open water and is a bigger heavier frog that doesnt get fouled in the junk. You should give the red one a shot on the delta. Get the 3.5 for now and the smaller one for fall when they get on small bait.

I was just about to ask how you fished such good looking docks without a Karen acting like she owns the water, but way to stay humble about it. Just started watching you about two months ago and your the most productive angler to me and you fish some of my bucket list places like clear lake! And on top of that you use a lot of the same fishing lingo my grandpa taught me so I relate a lot lol.
