Mine came a few months ago. I started to put it together and a wire connecting the X stepper was broken. They sent me a new cable in about a month later I got it and installed it. I turned it on and a puff of smoke came from the CR touch. They sent me another CR Touch. 6 weeks later I got it and I installed it. It auto leveled once and now just remains red. They told me to flash the motherboard and the display. Presently doing that.

Indeed a best Ender!! The only completer from Creality is CR10 Smart Pro.. But again you have to pay the price for it!

I'm guessing you must of got what I like to call a Friday afternoon printer, unfortunately it does happen and I've had a few myself
