Madness!! I love it, I would play this just too piss people off,and throw in some Lauire Anderson, and Klaus Nomi for good measure with a dribble of Tom Waites. Love the primal scream at the end.
Increíble Instrumentación
The Instant Karma from this good Sound is:Who Has Seen the Wind?
..More Yoko,MORE!!
Yes exactly what I was hoping to see ... Just one person with enough courage not to repurchase the old status quo... Thank you good and dear brother.
@@kevinkiso7197 The tragic irony is that THIS is the one thing that her and John REALLY collaborated on wouldn't you say?!
Yoko, what a character, life.
THIS WAS A BIG HIT IN THE BLACK GAY CLUBS IN N.Y.C.!! Check it out!! Walking on Thin Ice.
what year is this? Siouxsie looks hot but her voice is not in good form
Poor John Lennon. As witty and talented as he was... he could never have known that he spent the last years of his life under Yoko Ono's black magiK spell.
I'm a Yoko and a Siouxsie fan and I'm somewhere between horrified and delighted. I'm sure the Germans have a word for it.
I believe the word you're looking for is happilyshitmypantsenfreude.
It's my constant and only valid emotion, actually. It's a me!
Yokofreude!
Siouxsie is starting to resemble a Batman villain, especially with that jumpsuit of hers and the boots.
Siouxsie is magnificent!🙂
There is absolutely no denial of siouxsie
She literally wrote the book
Rock on Yoko!!!
wtf???? her screaming into the mic at the art show and here like her performance of we are water or whatever it's called, when John and her sang at some show and she starts her screaming....how the fuk could John think that was good??
ua-cam.com/video/bfZvHuh7wKM/v-deo.html
there watch that mess.....
My dude killing it on the tabla!
🔒🎸🎺🎷I love Yoko's Music 🥁📻🎵💥
i do not know why they were not showing the faces of the musicians for the first half of the video ...if you are gonna do a wide-shot do it properly!!! you have Sean on bass!!
Well said.
That is the most ridiculous think I ever heard how the hell did she get this far in life
Because she’s a genius and she had the balls to do it.
She married John Lennon
A great performance! Yoko Ono was punk, a punk artist and--yes--a punk rocker, before most of her petty little haters were even born. The best part of all is that she still doesn't give a shit what anybody thinks of her. She's been having the last laugh for a long time, and the peanut galleries still whining about her--and the wannabes who think they know her--still don't get that she's still standing because she never wussed out. And that makes my little black, safety-pinned heart quite happy...
Yoko is about as punk rock as you can possibly get
looks like YO just kicked some ass upsidedown. she is so awesome. i love how sean is so modest and supportive of his brilliant mother and gets her totally. cool kid. coolest yoko
Poor Siouxsie. I miss her older vocals. And she should have kept a belt for this suit. But I love her anyways. And look at this brochette of nice people.. Am I wrong or is it Peaches ? Lene Lovich ? Talvin Singh?..etc
Brilliant... Invigorating... Earl freakin' Slick!
siouxsie worse than yoko and thats bad
I hate the fact that I wasn't there :'(
I think the collaboration and performance are top notch! They get my vote for not very retired divas!😘
Holy f***** s***, this is the most embarrassing performance I've seen in my life. I wished the ground would open and swallow me up.
This is one of the most coolest performances I've ever seen!
Siouxsie its so good a real goddess 😻
Before people flame me, I am a lifelong SATB fan from 1979 to the present......but, what has gone so wrong with Sioux's vocals ? I know a lot of its deterioration is down to her smoking, but her range has completely disappeared, let along her higher register! Sometimes it is painful to have to listen to how her voice has gone now. It means a lot of what she is singing is actually nigh on unlistenable. It's so sad really to see this, even though she will always be a class performer and a true maverick / visionary like no other. :(
As you mentioned yourself: 1779. Age doesn't come alone, and it gets to everybody. Listen to Paul McCartney's latest releases. Incredible compositions, however his vocals are fading...
I love that suit Siouxsie is wearing :)
For anyone who wonders about Yoko's performance, start by reading her Wiki entry. 💥
Her early life experiences, 1933-1960's, will give a good framework for why and how, one thing being hiding out in Tokyo during the bombing in WWII.
Yoko didn't kill the beatles, John woke up
I love Siouxie but this is clear fail.
Love this - thank you
Plus, plate o' shrimp, I was JUST reading about Earl Slick in a Bowie biography.
the indian drums are the best at this performance
Tabla
It wasn’t too bad. Until local local came out. Oh, I’m sorry that’s supposed to be Yoko Ono.
For the love of god.....wtf can you say? 🤣🤣
Joko era buena componiendo pero no era una buena interprete.
genia Yoko!
Awesome intro!!!!!!!!!!
YOKO makes my ears BLEED! SHE IS HORRIBLE!
Dreadful
Who is " singing" l heard worst when lm pissed😅😅😅😅🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hay hay hay hay hay hay hay hay hay hay hay haaay haaaay hay hay hayya
all I can say is,the I's have it,I didn't know a human voice can make noise like that,
And that is Sebastian from Polar Bear / Acoustic Ladyland on drums there!
Yokoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!! THANK YOU YOKO .... thank you.
Ok It's the same vocal she did for Chuck berry!
Love siouxsie but yoko has no visible talent period.
I didn't think anyone could sing it worse than Yoko did
Everything was ok till Yoko appeared
And the Emmy for total crap goes too ………..
Love siouxsie and yoko
"Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to this. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul"
Love Yoko
Sean on bass. He's better on guitar.
Great bass playin from Sean really top notch
yoko is so cute
golly this is good
I've heard better sounds from a barnyard and a pasture full of cows... What the hell is music coming to???
I love Yoko an this song. Song is even more right on now. We are on very thin ice. Didn't care much for the opening singer. Bless you Yoko. I understand her pain
I have to admit I like this track. John's guitar was fantastic in the original as is Mr Slick here!👌👌Another cruel irony, another step forward in creativity for one of The Fabs and then no more. All those dissers in that rag the NME would've been wiping the egg of their faces for months! Lennon said they were gonna get ' a lot of heat for the new record', he knew what the industry was about. He was literally 'just getting started again' - so sad and frustrating 🙁🙁🙁
Having said that the, erm 'screeching' did go in a bit long at the end in my view. Just saying.
Grandioso! 👍
Wow….hope I will be fit like that with 80……yoko was born 33 I think….
Just saw this. Too fast and the main keyboard line is missing. Love Siouxsie but not a good take on this great song.
What an absolute train wreck. My senile grandmother makes the same noises when she eats mash-potatoes that are too hot. Maybe we she put my MeeMaw up on stage and let her do a duet with Yoko.
Greg S Ohh fuck I laughed so hard reading that
Greg S change the title to Munching on Hot Taters
yup, sounds like the dementia ward of the nursing home alright ...
Ay ay ay ay ay ay ay ay ay ay aaaay
Йоко! Мой бриллиант!!Yoko! My diamond !!
The performance was outstanding ... until Yoko shows up.
she was the best part
Umm.
@@heyday179 Can't agree, sorry. Well the endless screeching was too much anyway. When she reins in a bit and stays with the tune, a damn good one in this case I think, then she can be quite listenable in my view. All the other guys onstage were absolutely killing it.
Amazing!! Absolutely amazing! Look at Sean, looking all Bed-In-For-Peace!
Dear oh dear oh dear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
excelente
❤️❤️❤️🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Ice!
OMG
Fascinating
LOVE
Awesome!
I love Yoko!
love it.
I love seeing Sean and Yoko together on stage, and I'm sure John loves seeing his loved ones perform together too.
Me encanta YOKo
Two legends 😍😍
And it's 2019 and I still KNOW that Yoko cannot sing to save her life. The music for the original version of this song was good and she had to ruin it by singing...
foda !!!
О , Йоко! Живи до 200 лет!!
Who is on keyboards/piano..., just behind Talvin Singh, on the tabla drums... ?
Zoe Rahman on piano.
The keyboardist is Yuka C Honda of Cibo Matto.
@@ZacheryAllanStarkey Thank you
Siouxsie is incredible!
Q orror x fabor pobre john
genial! Yoko genia
excelente yoko
did lorraine from madtv was inspired by yoko ono? they are both sisters under the mange. yoko sounds like a vintage car alarm. and siouxsie ,is doing her best impression of a_ do it yourself lobotomy_ very artistically deficient. with all the clear signs ,of a return to jonestown for the unfortunate audience,,kool aid anyone?😧
want to vomit !
I'm guessing that you're really saying "That was atrocious and I don't know why I even viewed this....?" I guess with age (I'm fifty this April 13th), I just lost the desire to find the negative, or what's thought to be bad, unattractive, distasteful, or undesirable to the eyes or ears... And it's not a new spin on the old 'If You've Got Nothing Good To Say......' number. But I've learned through experience that at the end of my days I feel so much better and peaceable if I can just forge through, with as much grace and tact as possible, that which seems, looks, and sounds (even tastes) eyes, ears, taste buds... I used to actually buy into the negative shit heaped upon this very peaceful woman, Yoko Ono. 'This insipid bitch creature broke up The Beatles and destroyed the Lennon/McCartney partnership...' She just deflected that shit like a Stealth Bomber deflects radar. I admire her. I envy her boundless courage; I hear her voice as she eminates the sounds from and of her heart and I, through and with maturity, an open mind, a musical ear, and a heart not yet blackened from the bullshit we're programmed to accept as acceptable, worthwhile, valuable, etc... And I hear the beauty that John heard. Fuck, I've had enough pain, fear, confusion, heroin addiction, physical abuse as a very young boy, alcoholism, 138 months imprisonment, and it's those things which make me 'want to vomit.' Not a song played by two friends named Earl Slick and Yoko Ono...
+Kevin Kiso I neglected to mention Siouxsie...
well then stop looking in the mirror already
What the hell is this monster still doing on stage?
Being cooler than you'll ever be, Jan.
@@jeffcarlson1981 Well yeh, but let's be honest Jeff, if it wasn't for her late husband we wouldn't be watching this would we??
Bad drums very fast times
This and every other time Choko Mono does anything, makes me think that Lennon paid to be shot. I could only imagine having to hear that swine of a person everyday. It's no wonder there have been so many views.
omg this made me laugh out loud!
jOHN lENNON'S cia hANDLER STILL AT IT i SEE....
