I've done wonders with Hercules in the solo lane. His healing makes him amazing to deal with Cuchus which is the most picked solo. Slap a bluestone pendant starter item, chalice of HP, some multi potions, preferably teleport and you have a solid solo laner.

I would say wing blade would have been better then witch simply due to the fact tyr and Than would be auto canceling so the only person it would effect is danso. Wing blade would help you due to ares chains and than/tyr slows also but it is a personal opinion of course.

just saying ive been doing a ton of herc sup and going for the adc is usually the wrong thing to do if you go for the support they aren't expecting it most of the time and they panic when you do not sure if its just me getting matched with people that haven't played against much herc but most sup walk at you thinking you do nothing and then you can just push them into your adc and the wave also id like to point out you need to be stupid aggressive in the early game regardless of who youre playing against or you just get behind
