Which could translate in-universe to Star perhaps thinking she needed to marry a royal instead, fulfill her queenly duties, etc. So Marco went off on his own, and ended up with Tom. So I doubt the baby is Marco's, it probably belongs to some royal or other Mewman who ended up leaving her.
