When Gavin was born, his mother must have so excited to discover she was having twins. Then she must have been really disappointed upon discovering it was just Gavin and his nose.
Of course the first thing about Gav someone mentions is his nose. It's basically Gavin's version of Jack and his beard.

17:32 Gavin was actually correct in his phrasing here at first. If he had said "...because me and Geoff didn't make it" then he would be incorrect. But because he made himself and Geoff the direct object of the sentence it holds. You can know which one to use by taking out the other person, and hearing if it sounds right.
