Necessary materials
For the filling:
Chicken fillet (600 gr).
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (15 ml).
1 onion.
1 red pepper.
2 green peppers.
2 tomatoes.
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (50 gr).
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
For the crepes:
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon salt.
3 glasses of milk (600 ml).
2 cups of flour (240 gr).
dill
3 tablespoons of yoghurt.
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
cheddar cheese (100 gr).
Bake in the oven at 190 °C for 25 minutes.
