Had a '73 Laguna with the 454 and turbo 400. Was bone stock when I got it with the giant fender wells and tiny stock tires. All my friends laughed they thought it was do ugly. Lol I put a set of Centerlines with 245/60 15s on the front and 275/60 15s om the back. Simply filling up the fender wells with all that tire made it loom like a completely different car. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And I loved the swivel bucket seats! She can ride you with no steering wheel in her back! Hahaha
Thanks, buddy. It has come a long way so far. Considering, i've changed the transmission in it twice so far to get to this point. And for the first time since I've had it running. I finally have passing gear now. My kickdown cable has never even been hooked up until now. Lol
parts for these classic's are hard to locate at reasonable price, I love the old clocks on these chevy's but they are nearly impossible to find in working condition. The clocks are a weird system, they use dc volts to wind a spring which is triggered by a set of points. I have some parts but for the clock but none in working condition. take care eh!
As far off as that steering wheel was, you should have separated the shaft at steering box, to correct. Then your horn would line up. I'd give you a grant Steering wheel if you want it! You would have to get an install kit.
Thank you so much, buddy. The steering wheel showed up today. I actually didn't see that you commented back & I kind of forgot. Lol So thank you, the kit being there already made it a pleasant surprise to top the surprise of the wheel showing up. It is badass. I can't thank you. Enough. It's probably the one I would have picked out anyway. 👍 👌

Mine works sometimes, if I set it. It will go for a few days and then stick or stop.

You bet!! I might have enough pieces to include install kit too. I'll get it all together, and get it shipped to you first of the week.
