In todays Planet Zoo Gameplay video we create a giant Hippo Lagoon with multiple viewing spots and of course an underwater gallery for the perfect water view!

In Planet Zoo you are the Zoo Manager. Create underwater Viewing Galleries, develop intricate Chimpanzee climbing frames or house a majestic Bengal Tiger. You also need to make sure your animals stay healthy, have a comfy shelter and are not too annoyed by your guests. Speaking of which, you will need restaurants and other facilities to keep them happy too.
If you succeed, you will be granted access to the most impressive animals of this planet, such as the Giant Panda, a fluffly small red panda, the scary Komodo dragon or the bulky Hippo.
You can also build several habitats, Domes, safari rides or walk-in habitats that provide the best view onto your animals.

I really hope we'll get an aquatic DLC with cetaceans...Imagine how wonderful the environments will look ! (I don't support cetaceans captivity IRL, but the good point here is that it's only a computer simulation - no sad animals !)
Silv is currently contacting his lawyer! This is really great tho!!
I got his mail, but as we were testing on his computer the CPU failed on my build to compare. So I am lucky :P
Well looked easier how silvaret did it by adding custom round pieces lengh instead to cross them and delete the extra bit
Have been playing Planet Zoo for 3 weeks now, it's awesome, but all the small details takes time.
Will say that my education as teknisk designer help that they use some of the same keys to rotate, move objects.
but always love the little tips an tricks, to force the game to do what you want, like with circles.
Seeing you build all this and admire the animals makes me want to play this so bad! Damn, I want to have the time to get into it...
It takes a bit of time but it's worth it

You using the square terrain tool at a circle based habitat had me shouting at my screen. But really nice habitat again 😄

Hi Rudi, maybe you already fixed the traversable area... If not, it might help to raise the ground because the hippos are not really swimming but more like walking underwater and need to be able to touch the ground.

So what is that tip with the speakers? If you use them and put jungle sound on it, the animals are not that stressed? Did I understand that correctly?

Excellent habitat I built my first habitat without any barriers today. But still got people saying it only good is there anything I can do to make it better

Hey Rudi, have you been having the issue when you load into your franchise that the level of food quality is changed? I always have it maxed for my animals, but anytime I load in lately it isn't on 3. It's either on 1 or 2. Do you have any idea what's causing that?

It's a simple rotation trick with a mud pillar in the middle
