That was the best haul I've sent in a long time. Our community had good dumpsters. Some of my friends told other people all the new decor and fod and clothing, house hold electronics I found and shared and the word spread. People made huge messes and messed it up. Now all the places have locked Dumpster , compactors or smaller stores completely destroy every single thing. I wish ppl were less selfish and lazy.
It cracks me up when Adam picks Staci up an puts her in the dumpster 😂
Good job, Stacy. You're a hard worker ! I'm glad you understand that the by-date number on canned goods is just really for the retailer to remove for newer items. Unless those cans are rusty, or bulging (even a little), then the contents are just fine to eat for years to come. Pasta, too. As long the box or bag is unbroken, because there is no moisture in Pasta, then it, too, is safe to eat. Just make sure no little critters are in there though ! ; )
WOW, what a haul. Great to see you in the dumpster again. Poor Sarah, needing to learn to drive but not enjoying it one bit. When you get your permanent licence and a bit more experience you will enjoy it more. Love you all, all pets/farm animals included from UK 🇬🇧

So happy you saved so much from landfill but it makes me sad to think of this happening all over the US and filling landfills up when there are people starving! More should be discounted and donated from stores. Great haul! X

I once got very sick on Slim-Fast. The doctor said it was too many vitamins and protein at the same time it's hard for the kidneys. Just be careful if you ever use that.

They don't have enough money to stretch for groceries after paying rent, etc. Compassion and respect go a long way. For a lot of families, chips are a luxury, as is fresh fruit. I'm not sure if I took what you said the wrong way or not. So if I did, sorry.

Love the SCORE, that was me yesterday finding 4 dozen bags of chips and 12 boxes of the snack chips. Was so excited to see that score. I wish i could find more stores like you folks. Keep up the amazing work for the blessing boxes.

Great dive. Holy sweets. Sarah keep learning to drive. My 18 yr old granddaughter got her license yesterday just in time to head to college.
Canned goods are ok for a long time after best before date , just smell the can after you open it . With tomatoe products , smell , dump into a bowl and check the inside of the can for any black marks or tin separating .

Best by ate doesn't mean it's no good after that date. It's just there to make stores rotate stock. As long as cans are not bulging or corroded they are fine.
