Hi guys, another great video. Your work is amazing. Don’t forget these will be the good old days. Really enjoying the build. All the best regards Peter.
Hey, I seen you guys stopped at the lights today in Seaford, and I was in a massive white HV and beeped and waved. Its probably about the 4th time i’ve seen you guys on the road in about 2 years. I love it that you guys wave back every time, even although you have no idea who this random guy is. Love the videos. Long time follower and VW T3 camper owner.
Like how it's all coming together Guys. Pity about the weather. This year has been crazy. Seems every time you're in SA it plays up. Remember the old saying from The Endless Summer..... "You should have been here yesterday!" Swung passed on Saturday but it was pretty early so had a chance to see where you've been working. Can't wait to see the finished rig.
Don’t stress guys, you can only do what you can only do,,,, every plan has adjustments along the way, just like life,,,, your doing a beautiful job guys 👍❤️
Hey man, loving the build, just remember if you have a gearbox issue (likely) and have to remove the box that it comes out the top (this usually means removing the roof). It will come out the passenger door on an engine crane, just remember to not make it too difficult to get the floor out it. I’ve had a fair amount of experience in this lately 😅. Happy travels 🤙
Thanks a lot for the info! I've made all of the build and sound deadening somewhat easy to remove without destroying things so hopefully it should still be manageable. I know you can still do it with the roof attached as well (just more fiddly) so will figure that out when we get to it! haha
the build is coming along. painting can take a lot of time and money, we opted for a 'no paint' ( pre painted panels) build. do you think the water tank will need a vent to let air out?
Thanks so much! Yeah that is a nice option for sure. It certainly is time consuming. haha. As for the water tank, I believe it is completely set up and ready to go as it is purchased as a kit from Frontrunner Outfitters.
I think you're doing a fantastic job on the build. I know you're feeling the crunch because time running out on rental space. I think in the scheme of things everything will work out. 🤞 you have a good week. Anxious for next video
Thanks a lot Chadwick. Yeah we've already done all bushes, shocks, springs, hoses and seals. Other than that mechanically Nigel is a strong fella! haha
Don’t understand way you have a time frame isn’t this you life and future don’t put a Time on it it will be done when it’s done relax guys don’t put pressure on ya self 🎉😊😊😊
Thank you! We talk about the time pressure in the next video but basically we were under the pump to make it across for Glenn's Dad's birthday surprise which definitely made it hard on us!
You both are already extremely inspirational! It’s just like surfing right? Somedays you will get a good surf and feel alive and some other days just really bad. This is life...go with the flow of it....when you live your dream...no time, nothing can stop you! 🙏🇨🇦❤️🌈🌎🌺🦋🏄♀️🛹
All those hurdles & conditions will make the finished project that much more sweet.

Oh jolly, welcome to South Australia...actually I'm sure it's not usually like this! This is unseasonably wet and cold!

@@KendallandGlenn sometimes the water going in the inlet can flow as the air can't escape.

Thanks so much Sharon :)
Buen video. Un saludo
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Beautiful build so far! Are you tackling any drivability modications (suspension, tires, etc.)?
Thanks a lot Chadwick. Yeah we've already done all bushes, shocks, springs, hoses and seals. Other than that mechanically Nigel is a strong fella! haha
looks amazing!! would love to know what type of ply wood you used and where you sourced it from in adelaide?
thanks guys!
Thanks a lot! We ordered it through Plyco.com and got it sent over. It's so worth it!
