    This makes a lot of sense because certain smells attach to certain memories and they can trigger those emotions that are deep rooted. Smelling cinnamon oil makes me remember my grandmother in her kitchen, she was a phenomenal cook and loving woman. Thanks Tara and blessings to you and your outreach.

    Great video!!! Any advice for helping a child with bedwetting problems?

    • @TaraWagner
      @TaraWagner  2 роки тому

      Hi there! Depends on the source of the problem, but Modern Essentials book lists Cypress for general support. I THINK it's suppose to strengthen the bladder walls/toning of the bladder...muscle? I've heard secondhand of success stories though, but don't know which conditions it helps with most. If it's more stress/anxiety related, using calming oils before bed can also help.

    Thank you so much for explaining so well. I am a newbie and kinda overwhelmed with all the available oils. Can you recommend something for writing and also getting rid of negative thoughts? Cheers!

    • @TaraWagner
      @TaraWagner  4 роки тому +1

      Hi Daisy! There are several oils for those situations depending on what you need during them. For instance, for writing do you need more focus, more creativity, or something else? And what kind of negative thoughts since each oil handles different emotional nuances. I’d check out my website to read more about the emotional uses: xotara.us/oils

    What category would lemongrass be? Is that citrus? Also, what category is frankincense?

    • @TaraWagner
      @TaraWagner  4 роки тому

      Lemongrass is a grass/herb, like what you cook with - not citrus at all but similar smell and impact! Frankincense is a tree (comes from the sap!).
