I love essential oils! doTERRA is my fav! I have yet to experience these blends! I typically use breathe, serenity! Thank you so much for sharing this! You are really really clear and your presence is super calming! GREAT Video!
Plan to use your Open My Heart recipe to help me cope with new caregiver responsibilities (aging parent). It’s been a difficult journey and need some healing ideas. Will definitely be giving that blend and the others a try. Thanks Tara!
Forgive has been one of my favs lately. It reminds me of fresh cut grass. First time I smelled it I wasn't crazy about it. Now I can't get enough. Great vid. Love your content. thank you!
@@TaraWagner I have been loving it as a fragrance and on my heart chakra. I notice I am drawn to it when I am feeling overwhelmed or being too hard on myself ❤
This was a great video! I'm so surprised you're new! It's great quality. What camera and lighting do you use? I've been wanting to try essential oils to help with my anxiety and depression, but I've heard they're toxic to pets so I haven't. :(
Thanks Jessica! I hear you on the toxicity concerns, but I can assure you that if you follow a few simple rules, any potential toxicity is easy to avoid. I know soooo many (including myself) who can attest to that. What kind of pets do you have? If you'd like, I'm happy to connect via IG DM and walk you through it. I'm using a Canon 80D and some lights from Amazon, which are a must because the room I'm in is actually not as light as my videos seem. LOL
i have 2 dogs and 3 cats and only trust doTERRA around them. Of course I dont let them ingest, but they dont seem to be bothered when I diffuse them or wear them. I have used marjoram and frankincense on my senior dog for her arthritis. I rub it onto the back of her spine near her hips diluted with fractionated coconut oil.
Tara this was awesome. This was the first vid of yours that I've watched and I've hit subscribe for sure. Adding affirmations WITH oils is something I haven't done yet even though I use affirmations! I really appreciate the collective info, it's super helpful. Thank you! ps- If I'm struggling I put Forgive over my tummy because I hold most of my emotions in my gut, and I also like to roll it in the palm of my hands or on my wrists and inhale it deeply throughout the day. xo
Your videos are so nicely done, and such a good help! I have pretty bad social anxiety, I'm pretty sure I have depression phases too, and ptsd for sure. I have never been medicated nor diagnosed, I am not willing to go down that route. I always struggle with very bad feelings of I have to people please, I feel shame, guilt, I need to forgive other, and myself. I just wanna feel relaxed, happy joyful and very authentic in any social setting. Would you say peace, forgive and citrus bliss are the dream team? Thank you in advance!
Oh Bianka I am sending you BIG (((hugs)). I can completely resonate with all of your feelings. While each day may vary physically and emotionally I hope what I am about to say will help even just a little bit. While yes, peace, forgive and citrus bliss are the "dream team," I highly recommend that you explore what oils work best for you. Decide what oils emotionally and physically make you feel good. It varies for everyone, truthfully it does. Why don't you browse this amazing list of oils and let me know which 3 you think would be awesome to try: xotara.us/oils/
@@TaraWagner thank you Sooo much! 🙂 For a starter I'll go with cypress, forgive and cassia. But if course a wild orange is my go too, my first oil of choice. Then next months I'll do bergamot, siberian fir, and cedarwood. 🙏✨
I really enjoy the smell of this oil straight out of the bottle, but when I diffuse it, the sweet top notes disappear and becomes more woody. How would you recommend I use this and still be able to hold onto the top notes? Add more bergamot?
Absolutely, but remember they don't do the work for you. You still get to do the dirty work - oils will just make it easier by softening the barriers. Make sense?
Hi will i save more with the 5ml and make my own roller bottle dilluted?I dnt knw which one to buy.thank you. I swear lots if quality videos on doterra i kinda wanna try young living too but i cant find any good reviews and here on youtube it seems like doterra is the better choice
@@TaraWagner thank you. Been busy all day but was able to watch 3 of your vids and repeated this one many times because i was working couldnt focus.love your console oil vid too.will continue to watch more.thank you for making this video.learning so much from you.
Flower Arsh I think this is a good one for that, but I’d add ylang ylang over the heart. It softens is and allows us to see others with more compassion and understanding.
Flower Arsh you’ll want to test it and see what works best for you but I’d consider Forgive over the upper abdomen and the wrists and ylang ylang over the heart to start.
Flower Arsh actually, where do you feel the emotions in your body? That’s always a good sign of where to apply. But I’m not sure how they’ll smell mixed together.
Never thought to use oils for anger or shame. I buy a lot of hand blended perfume oils & wear them to feel happy, or stress free. Thanks for the advice!
@@TaraWagner The company is called Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab. They are made with essential oils, some of them distilled from the company's personal garden or their friend's gardens. A few have some fragrance oils, but they list which ones. My favorite oils are lavender, patchouli, eucalyptus, & orange. I've actually been making some blends from my own personal collection of essential oils from Piping Rock. I prefer DoTerra tho.

for touch series ,if i only use forgive can help to stable my anger?i feel angry every day can it help?
Yes it can. You might also want to add in Console or Peace for some added calming. ❤️

I LOVE essential OILS! What's your favortie?
Oh girl, that's like choosing a favorite child. Who could I even? I love them all equally. 😂
What Essential Oils are for Obsessive compulsive Disorders
I'm legally not allowed to make suggestions for oils for medical/mental health conditions. :(

Are there any blends with ylang ylang in them ?

Can this help to stop judging others? And to not look down on others and to see everyone as the same? Or is another oil better?
Flower Arsh I think this is a good one for that, but I’d add ylang ylang over the heart. It softens is and allows us to see others with more compassion and understanding.
