Very cool ... I like the cabinet design and appreciate you running through the 60-in-1. The screen looks set back from the front glass, and I like the look. Did you build the base underneath? I didn't see that as an option on doxcade.
I did build the stand. It's just a cheap table and my son provided the Mario framed artwork
Multi-arcade is definitely cool, as long is I loved.
And actually, I'm a famous champion gamer and a world record holder.
May I ask what type of table or pedestal you are using for this machine? I am planning to acquire one for myself and am curious about your setup.
For the tabletop I used one of those fold out TV tables. For the base and legs I custom built from 2x2s and painted black
I’m considering a tabletop from Doxcade…how is the joystick? I’m looking for a really decent 4-way stick. Is yours 8-way?
It's decent. For the money you pay it's really good. Mine is an 8-way but it has a gate to convert it to 4-way. Really easy to do
@@kazelasarcade Interesting. I think I’ll shoot them an e-mail asking for more info. I did think it was impressive that they were able to get the price that low for a cabinet of that quality. But I would also happily invest more in getting really good buttons and sticks.

So far it's held up very well! If he still using the same components as before I would still recommend them.
Follow-up question...how does the space between the joystick and the buttons feel? I noticed he moved the buttons closer to the stick on the control panel in order to accommodate the trackball. Does it feel comfortable? Do you feel like you're "finger grazing" too much? Or no?
That particular control panel it's a bit close but it's fine. I originally bought it without the trackball but I asked him to send me another control panel with the trackball so I can play arcanoid, centipede and so forth. I still have the original control panel and the button spacing is great on that one. Arcanoid is a lot more playable with the trackball but nothing compared to the original. Which I now have and play on original hardware.
Will the games stay on preview mode or does it revert back to the games list after a while?
Great question, it does go back to the game list but will show different attract modes for different games and the cycle repeats

It is a 17-in Dell. Not sure of the model number I didn't build it.
do you know if its the same exact program as an original donkey kong....i watch a lot of competitive donkey kong and want something with the same exact program to play.....any knowledgeable feedback would be appreciated
On this board nothing is exactly the same. It is emulation. But what I can tell you is Donkey Kong plays very well. Some of the sounds are very minor different. I have a genuine Donkey Kong cabinet from 1981 as well as this emulation board. While I'm not doing it competitively as such personally I can't tell any other differences from what I've mentioned.
@@kazelasarcade im more talking about the way the barrels fall and stuff like that....like if theres a safe place to be when wild barrels fall on the original is it the same with this...can you perform all of the same actions as far as point pressing and recieving points for jumping next to barrels as they fall.....etc....thanks for the feedback....i will say this.....the gameplay LOOKS the same.....im just no expert

The only thing I've seen the from his web site are the bar-top units. I had to build the table for this one to get it in line with the other units in the room

I think by default it's on freeplay. It's been a while I forgot

I don't have a spinner on this unit. It's using a trackball. The 60 in one boards support trackballs and work pretty well

How is The Sound QUALITY on this? GOOD / NOT GOOD? If I have my other Arcade1up Cabs On around ( This Cab you have) would I still be able to Hear 👂 it??

Overall the sound is good. There are a few games the sounds are way off and some games the volume is really loud compared to others. There is a volume control but it's done in software. If you want to play a bunch of games on the cheap this is the way to go but don't expect an exact copy from an original game. This is just emulation after all
