This is the exact same gardaland I've been too. First time I was there is about 18 years ago. On a holiday in Italy. On my birthday too! It was so awesome! Only been there 3 times in my life. :/
Not surprised that most of the best rides are from before merlin took over 🤣 atlantide, jungle rapids, colorado boat and I corsari are my favourites in the park. Only merlin could spend that amount of money on a darkride and not even make it as good as another darkride that's already in the park. I corsari is so underrated.
Unfortunately so. Corsari is such a spectacular ride!

Gardaland is truly an amazing park and Jumanji - The Adventure looks like a good ride!
Boy, I've been waiting for this vlog since the trip was announced. Is admission still covered with the Marlin Annual pass?...... I'm going to try and recreate Jumanji in Plan Co, can definitely be done with the adventure DLC.

Another great vlog. Annoying that you couldn't film on the coasters (damn Merlin), but at least you could film on the dark rides and most of the water rides. The log flume was funny, I always love watching Charlotte on the water rides. 😂😂 I look forward to the day 2 vlog tomorrow. Oh and happy birthday. 😊

That Pirate ride reminded me of the Disney, "Pirates of the Caribbean" at Disneyland in
California which I rode in 1968.
You started in a Bayou just below the restaurant with Japanese lanterns and the sound of Frogs' and Alligators.. very peaceful,
and the next second down the water shoot and the music and awesome Pirates events.
I loved it ,and years later went on the one in Disneyworld in Orlando the opening year. No restaurant
but almost as nice as the oridinal.
This different but works well and is open and scenic, however iI enjoy music which is lacking here.

Fortunately you visited the park before they closed “i Corsari”, apparently the ride had some serious technical problems and now it has been closed for 6 months. However the park announced they’re actually refurbishing it, we still don’t know if it’s gonna be a complete restyling or if they’re just fixing the effects that don’t work anymore.
Hopefully it’ll be back open soon!

Im italian and i visited the park some days ago, I agree with the things you said about the jumanji dark ride! Its not at the same level of most of the American parks but its still a fun dark ride ❤️

Parks should have a system where you sign a waiver and pay a certain amount of money then you could film on the rids

On shaman, I went on it about 3 days ago. Uh yeah, that jolt is something else. But because of the restraints, they were vest restraints and really well padded on the sides, it didn't really feel anything on my head. The jolt was still a bit much though

Belated birthday greetings Shawn. Looks a great park with some brilliant coasters. Beautiful hot weather and Charlotte was reluctant to go on the water coaster then wear a poncho. When it’s hot like that you just want to get wet. Nicely themed park with some awesome dark rides. All nicely filmed too👍

On fuga da atlantide on the second drop I stupidly had my cap on I had only bought that same day and the cap flew straight off my head. For anyone visiting and would like to go on this ride, don't wear a cap😁. Besides the hat it really is one of the best water rides in europe

We have booked a holiday to Italy in July 2024 as a result of your Gardaland and Movie Land vlogs❤.
As we are going in July would you say fast track is a good idea and any idea on the cost? I can't seem to see it online. We plan to visit Movie Land on the Saturday as my birthday. Is it a bad idea visiting on a weekend in July.

A nice Merlin Entertainments attraction park as well.
I've been to Gardaland yesterday and had to rewatch sour vlog to remember the Blue Tornado and Shaman reviews - I have a terrible neck pain after that unexpected head bang at Shaman and then the constant side to side, up and down shaking on BT. I really wanted to get off after the first turn :c Fortunately the other attractions are great, especially the Oblivion and Raptor - been on both several times. The only downside was waiting for offload in the crazy 38 °C direct sunlight, it even took longer than the ride itself…
