    I’ve been living in Louisville for 13yrs & this explains a lot of the questions I’ve had in the weird shit that goes on here.

    When my dad was alive he was a volunteer security there. As a kid I went there almost every weekend. Best memories of my father

    I just went there a couple of weeks ago. The atmosphere felt really heavy on the lower floors, it really drained me. I saw some blobs of light at the end of a hallway, and tiny blue lights. My sister caught some shadow people in a picture..

    The Mattinglys are great people. I disagree about the bed and breakfast though. To save it? It's like $1200-1500 for an 8hr private investigation. Volunteers and unseen entities working. No utilities. It sounds like a bed and breakfast including the *option to access the 4th floor would be more for generational wealth. Especially for what they bought it for.

    I like it!! That was a way cool show! A haunted bed & breakfast, gift shops & bed & breakfast for most of the building, except for the 4th floor. Ghost hunting on the 4th floor. Excellent idea

    Cc Thomas is wrong with her facts. Only 1 in 5 survived the thoracoplasty. This information is found in the American medical journal. There is not much use for this surgery after 1950 per the literature.

      @MrsJasmyn45 3 роки тому

      This surgery is still around today, it didn't vanish when Streptomycin was created. Just like Pneumothorax, that's still around today.

    My mom had TB a little over a year before I was born but she wasn’t at the Waverley ,unfortunately because of the meds she was on I was born legally deaf. The Waverley is a beautiful building and it was built in the hopes of healing people and they had a good idea

    The historical part at the beginning was interesting but as soon as they started talking about the supposed hauntings the show became laughable. The one guy who “challenged” the spirits and then had the supposed evidence materialize...I think that was what might be commonly referred to as a flying insect.
    I think the owners keep talking about the place being haunted because it keeps those tour dollars rolling in.
