As someone who spent the last year and a half body re-comping. I can tell you it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat. I started off focusing on my diet. Which led to me losing 40lbs. At 290 I began hitting the gym. Walking the treadmill for 15 minutes and elliptical for 15 mins more. I followed this up with 30 mins of weight training. I've lost 100lbs doing this. I've gained at least 10lbs + muscle as well. My goal weight was 220. Now that I have hit this weight. I am simply focusing more on weight training and gaining muscle.

Morning feels better , but I don't have enough time for full workout and sauna before work I do night now after work , so I have enough time to push myself and relax in the sauna after I also sleep better after a good exercise

Eat fruits before and during a workout and you will feel the ability to flex like a maniac as long as you have a base level of protein already in your gut.
If you eat kale you won’t get constipated try chicken Caesar salads chicken breast with kale and Caesar dressing, you can find a non fat recipe online the anchovies in the dressing can help with essential amino acids needed for building muscle

Instead of kcal sur plus high protien you can also do the normal one combined with IM 16/8. The extra fatloss from that will prob even outperform the high protien group. Training at the end of the fast, always in the mornings (so train after no food for 15 hrs). I have insane results with this. I tried training in the evening or training with food in my stomach. I felt tired and slow in comparison. If the gut is busy digesting food there is no way you can have max performance imo. Plus I guess the entire worlds elite militairy forces are training sub-optimal aswell then. SInce they 99% almost go hard train only in the morning. It all might be something to do with comfort. Training in the mornings is less comfortable for beginners.
@@rutheshkumar7545 Basically you have to workout to use up all your energy, you’ll end up eating more calories to fuel the workouts that burn fat if that makes sense
@D0UGLA5.F My coworkers have tried them, and they never had issues. For me, I ended up with stomach problems for months, but I stopped taking them, and I'm able to workout properly again.
I'm super skinny and just want to gain fat but I just won't stack up the pounds no matter how much junk I eat T_T. I dont want to be a fat person, I just want the same amount of fat as a healthy person
When I saw the video, I was about to watch it, but then I saw how long it was and I'm like nope. I'm skinny anyways so I can't even loose fat even if I want to unless I plan on staving myself. Just came to make this comment. Have fun to whoever actually plans on watching this whole thing.

That's insane to think. I do 200g a day and that is already hard enough.
Switching to cardio sets between strength sets counts as a rest for strength sets. Still exercise, different kind of movement though.
