It's great that all these Cybertruck owners are posting these videos. When their trucks on FSD start causing accidents, it will make it easier for attorneys to prove that the owners knew FSD was dangerous.
I know many people may think FSD is a joke, especially the non Tesla owners but FSD has come such a long ways.. I can’t even look away for more than 10 seconds until my car will yell at me. You really need to pay attention… so even though something like this looks crazy, you should obviously be paying attention to avoid an accident. Tesla Cybertruck is still in beta with FSD, the other teslas won’t do this because those models been out longer. I expect it to get really good soon!
Been using FSD since 2021, part of the confusion that happens is bad map data in parking lots and it also depends on where you have the destination pin. Performance will improve as updates come out. Just never put yourself in danger for the sake of views lots of content creators seem to do that.
Wow, impressive. Nearly empty roads, and a carpack. The Cybertruck still messes it up and drives straight for a tree. Unreal the mental gymnastics the owners do to justify stuff like this, despite them all being beta testers who spent stupid amounts of money to do so.
Cybertrucks are just trying to commit unalive due to the crippling issues that exist just to maintain them. Begs the question: do AI cars feel shame? The Cybertruck must. Their owners haven't quite got there yet.
Almost!! Because it was looking BACKWARD :D I can't sit like that at more than 10 MPH speed hoping that a robot would be cleaver than me. Maybe Future would be different, but not right now!
Why are there videos of ct's driving the wrong way, not stopping on roundabouts, not slowing down on school zones, almost hitting other cars on the freeway while trying to pass?
No I didn't report it but wish I did. I just learned about that feature of tapping the microphone after something happens. Is there a way to report it later in the day or does it have to be right after the incident?
@@johngrade9817 not really, almost hitting something doesn't actually imply a possibility of hitting that thing. find something else to whine about, the title is perfectly accurate, describes what happened. almost hit the tree.
@@johngrade9817 Why? It almost hit a tree. Almost means it did not hit a tree. In fact if you watch what happened closely it entered some kind of loop going left and right as if it couldn’t decide which way to go. I had to take over as it was clearly confused and yes there was a tree that had it continued going straight or in the left/right loop forward motion it would have hit. I imagine it would have aborted at some point but I didn’t want to risk it. I don’t make money off of UA-cam videos lol. It just took me through downtown Miami without issue. Well I think I explained it pretty well in the description. Don’t get me wrong this technology is very impressive. Parking lots that are unmarked are difficult which I can understand
That's because no other auto manufacturer would be so utterly stupid and reckless as to use normal, untrained people as guinea pigs for their incredibly underdeveloped technology. Put your critical thinking hat back on please.
super misleading title! the proper title should have been Cybertruck Full Self Driving Mode Attempts to Hit Tree in a Confusing Crappily Painted Parking Lot But I Saved Me and My Videographer
"this parking lot is not good" yes because that scary tree jumped out of nowhere, wonder what it does when something actually jumps out of nowhere...
There's other videos showing that in the last few day. Its worse - way worse.

I only hope that people know what they're doing, when they use FSD, they better be ready to take over.
Faux self driving is a must for all us pretentious car owners!

@@ChicagoTechGuy I agree. It keeps getting better. I've taken it on 2 hour drives without any intervention.
Sitting there waiting to take over when your car tries to kill you. What a supremely relaxing experience that must be.

Thats pretty cool!! My favorite part was the anti crash function you installed in the truck
Please stop using this on public roads. It’s clearly dangerous, you guys are gonna wind up killing someone.
2:07 for all of you that want to see it "almost hit a tree"
Thank you for risking your life to document this.

hey bud, this shit sucks

FSD sucks in parking lots. Streets and mapped roads it does amazing. Parking lots I think too many variables for it to know what to do
I agree! It drove me from the Keys to Miami today for 1.5 hours and I never had to take over. Lots of traffic too
Why are there videos of ct's driving the wrong way, not stopping on roundabouts, not slowing down on school zones, almost hitting other cars on the freeway while trying to pass?
Cope
Is it the truck talking or a separate GPS/phone?
It's the Google navigation on Tesla
It’s the truck talking yes. The navigation also sometimes tells you what it’s doing as far as driving decisions go as well.
Yeah like others have said that’s the Tesla navigation talking
what tree
2:09
@@Aimon30boy it was slow, you could just wait little bit
At the end the Tesla kept jerking left and right as if it couldn’t decide and yes there was a tree very close straight ahead
@@ToddMooreTech did you reported it?

It wouldn’t have hit the tree
I believe that it probably would have stopped. However the steering was jerking left and right like it couldn’t decide what to do

Impressive CyberTruck!
Your title is a little bit misleading. Should have added, "in a parking lot".

@@ToddMooreTech I'll give you that, I never read the descriptions so that is on me.
no OEM truck today can do that
Tesla is so far ahead of everyone
@ToddMooreTech I wouldn't say that when it's breaking down very often 😂 and an aluminum frame on a "truck"? Just admit your loss
What? Hit a tree? Break their aluminum frame? Visit the service center more times than other trucks? 😂

nowhere near of hitting the tree, it was turning right even before you intervened
No, it got caught in a loop going left and right and the whole vehicle was shaking. It couldn't decide which way to go.
