can am is junk. Polaris has more sales than any other brand, thats why you hear about their issues more. Can am has same issues and are pain to work on. Yamaha is a tough machine though. no doubt there.
@@hmactwenty - Why is Can-Am junk? I'm looking at the Can-Am Defender and the Polaris Ranger mainly for hard work (hauling wood & plowing snow) and occasional trail riding. I've done extensive research on both due to the fact I will be spending a whole lot of money and from what I have learned is that the Ranger has better features, (Ride Command) but the Defenders Rotax engine is very dependable with no fire issues that has plagued Polaris just a couple years ago I think due to the area of the fuel line. I have sat in both and, imo, the Defender is more comfortable and roomy compared to the Ranger. You obviously sell Polaris so of course you're going to be bias and I respect that, but fair is fair and I don't hear about mechanical issues in the Can-am like I do Polaris. I have no stock in either of these manufacturers and I currently use a 2005 John Deere Gator 6X4. Just looking to get into some recreational trail riding but work is the most important.
@@lighthouse7i I would agree my opinion is definitely bias, however when it comes to working on them the Polaris is far easier to work on where can am seems you have to remove shit to work on whatever you need to work on. I think you can’t go wrong with either but remember, Polaris is #1 for a reason. We only ever had one fire and do a few hundred polaris a year, corn stock got stuck in rzr. not had any other fires
