well i bought a 2023 a couple of weeks ago.. one my previous Polaris which was a 2020 3 passenger. on this one i added 50 inch light bar and pod lights a rear winch bumper a front light on the bumper. i have started installing the same on my 2023 crew NorthStar ultimate. what i have left to do is the light bar, pod light and side mirrors. this going to be a little problem with the light bar because of the popup windshield. the other thing that i'm thinking about doing is the rear camera, it's not real in a good location, thinking about moving it to the tailgate where you can get a better view. and painting the dip stick yellow (makes it easier to find) i did recommend this to Polaris in 20 or 21.
Great video. This video was produced in February??? When did Polaris bring back the wireless remote? What are the issues owners had when they found out the remotes had been deleted? Was Polaris proactive in correcting that? Thanks!
I bought a 21 North Star 3 months ago. I have had 4 Rangers now, 1 Can Am Defender and a Kubota cab model. The Kubota was the best built, the Can Am was the fastest along with never needing 4 wheel drive. The Polaris is the smallest cab and most uncomfortable. I have the ultimate and it is loaded for $32,000.00. The cab leaks, the machine just shuts off at times then starts right back up. It jumps out of gear once in a while. Sure it is under warranty but all the dealers around are booked up for over 2 weeks. I use this on the farm every day. Piss poor quality on the Ranger. I wanted a cab to keep my stuff dry inside that is why I traded my Can Am. It does have great doors on it. But trust me it is very uncomfortable to ride in.
Nice review thanks! Some low life reject just stole my 2012 rzr4 900xp, police found it flipped upside down in a ditch on fire so I need a replacement... We do some trail riding in the summer, I use it on tracks a lot in the winter time to pull my ice fishing shack, debating if I should go for a General crew or a Ranger crew... the northstar with closed cab heat etc sounds very sweet, do you know how well the heat actually works in winter time ? Wondering if I'll end up with frosted windows in cold temperatures, also wondering if the suspension will be too stiff in the trails compared to my rzr... any insights appreciated! thanks
I got the 1000 dont know where u live but I would get the trailer that would handle the tracks and a plow if u push snow with the plow on my crew is like 16 1/2 feet and tracks do had around 3 inches of height so if I get enclosed trailer take that in consideration a dove tail helps and tracks make it a little wider as well
It works pretty good. If its 80 + outside it starts to struggle a little bit but still 1000% better then not having it lol. Get ceramic tint all the way around and it will cool the inside just like a car at any temp. You’ll be wearing a sweatshirt inside the cab when it’s 85 outside lol.
Oh great, more shitty parts to replace. G;ad you at least fixed the angle of the drive shaft! My older one nickle and dimed us always blowing u joints!
Have had this ranger for 2 years and still learned a lot watching this thank you for putting this together.
Your a good salesman like that you tell people to leave it in low gear when doing yard work or basically going 20 mph or less
thank you. I like to see people enjoy their stuff, not spend money on new parts! (unless they want to of course)
Thank you for showing the rear under seat storage.
Best walk thru I’ve seen. 👍
Buying a used northstar this weekend, thanks for the very informative video!
Great video. Very informative. Especially for us Northstar buyers.
If they ever deliver...
I have the 2019 so far it's great. They did revise some gear shift parts and works much better now.

Awesome in depth video. Great Job
Do you have any trail boss rangers to do a walk around of? This is by far the best North Star walk around video on UA-cam!
i have one on my youtube. when i get another i’ll do more in depth!
Great job. Just ordered a Ranger.
Good luck. Ordered mine January 27...
Solid overview of the Polaris
Solid overview of the alleged Polaris
what size trailer do you need for this unit? 8x14 with 7 foot door?
I waited for 6 months for this machine to come in. My neighbors are giving me the Stink Eye 😂
we have this ranger. It gets extremely dusty inside even with windows rolled up. Is there anything to do that will help with this problem
When can you do a review on a Northstar crew 2022?
Thank you my nearest dealer is a two day drive !

Great, video!
Can I come to your dealership and look at one
Might sell my Sierra 1500 and buy one of these. That way I can afford to live in Joe Bidens 🇺🇸
140 mph on the speedometer. Prove it! I’ve never understood why manufacturers do that.
because it can switch to kilometers as well.
Will a 2022 Polaris 1000 3 seater Ranger premium fit on a 6x12 utility trailer?

Where we can buy here in the Philippines? Thanks
Thank you
