When you monitor the video through the Arenti APP, both AInanny Baby Camera and APP need to be connected to the Internet. If the camera is disconnected from Wi-Fi, the alarm message will not be sent to APP. If the camera is successfully connected to Wi-Fi, APP can receive notifications anywhere and anytime by connecting to mobile data or Wi-Fi.
