Living with elements of nature, this home in the urban backdrop of Marathalli, Bengaluru is crafted as a space of solace. The building aims to blend nature with the daily life of the users, not letting them feel disconnected from the spirit of nature amid the busy cityscape. Planning green spaces, courtyards, skylights, and giving openings at relevant spaces give an interactive character to the house.

Buildofy, much better edited than your last video, plans and pictures side by side is good .
the double height daughters bedroom is refreshing to see, the material palette with warm woods pulls it all together very well, but ends up being too busy with various flooring borders internally. The Façade would have been better off without those pseudo paneling and other "dynamic" gimmicks. The interstitial space and visual connectivity are well planned and executed by the architect.

My pragmatic question is, how do the residents maintain such a house? Practically, how is this made possible? Traditionally employed maid's cannot do a good job. Are there professional services available for maintenance of such modern houses? Of so, leads please
After 3 years they will stop cleaning.

Depends upon the height actually. Measure the height and check how many steps could be placed and divide the height by number of steps. If its more than 19cm its very difficult to achieve.
Although same staircase design could not be possible but a very much similar design can be done!
