Yohan Kim - Amazing Grace
We are looking at a gospel jazz version of Amazing Grace by a virtuoso pianist by the name of Yohan Kim. Kim hasn't even turned 18 yet and has reached a level of mastery most of us can only dream of. We are looking at his version of Amazing Grace and looking at how he reharmonized it incorporating his Jazz influences and embellishments of the melody.

Thanks for this breakdown. It showed a lot that can be done. I do have a question: you use a lot of suspended chords and a lot of add 2 and 9. Are there specific times or movements where you use those?
There is other stuff too that I'm not ready for yet lol. Im trying to add some color to movements though.
