I buy most of my clothes from Banana Republic and my kids tops and some sale items from Old Navy. I no kidding love the rewards. Plus they have sales plus will do additional discounts on top of what they already have going. I do pay the card in full a week or two after using it though so I never pay interest. I will say that I had no idea I was applying for a master card though until the lady gave me the paperwork after approval 😩😂. Cool video.

Are the benefits and details of the cards identical from store to store (Old Navy vs BR vs Gap vs Athleta?)

Not a fanatic of most stores discount programs as the rewards expire too fast and push you to "use it or loose it" on a purchase that would otherwise not make.
Have to like if your an "icon" you get a discount that is half of what a new cardholder gets.

I was lucky to have these when Synchrony had the account. My wife could not get the old navy with Barclay, 760 score no debt, 6 inquiries, tough nut to crack, not even approved for the store card.
