What an awesome tune! I loved the game, on my Amiga 500, later 1200, all those ages ago. I heard this tune now again, and immediately shouted out: Lost Patrol! Never forgot, awesome awesome tune. I wish so much that the game would be restored/remastered so that I could once again, after all those years, enjoy it. Cheers to everyone who played it back in early 90´s! ;)
You can win this game quite easily if you never rest for more than 50 minutes at a time IIRC. You can rest as many times you like, but as long you don't rest for more than 50 minutes each time you'll be fine.
I can probably count the Amiga games I finished on one hand. This is one of them. And I never even got good at it. I fled everytime you were in the trenches (and sometimes got short/hurt). So I would say most games on the Amiga were tougher.
Each game was an experience... now everything is the same gameplay... no difference between witcher and zelda nor assassin creed... it s the same sh.t with a different label. Give me a delorean...
remastered means usually that the dnyamical processing is changed, enhanced. As I hear there is change in the spatial placement of instruments, so I guess it should be referred as "remixed", because placing tracks in space is part of the mixing procedure and not the mastering. I know it does not matter :D sorry for this

Every time i played this game i never came home. I failed miserably all the time. The theme makes my soldiers demise even more sad...

Finished it so far... sadly, two men didn't make it. :(
I played this game in 1992. Good times. Managed to bring 3 soldiers home. Key to success was small rations and lots of breaks.
