Simply the best game theme tune out there.. First heard it in '92 with m A600. And cant believe its running off a sound chip that was produced in the mid 80s. Think about it guys. What other computer system was capable of kicking out this quality of music in the mid 80s? None of them!! All this is done with less than 1 megabyte of memory. Insane!! And seriously under appreciated.
@@michelpheliosse9758 Yeah I agree, it starts as a very hard hitting title screen music.. then kinda turns into something you'd use in the background. Still fucking awesome tho!
wow, brings back memories when I used to insert the disk to play then end up just listening to the amazing sounds of the amiga 600. especially pinball dreams. hello to all you fellow amiga vets out there. :-)
the best and most memorable amiga theme ever composed! brings back great memories of tournaments with my mates. Such great use of synth here. Look up the composer of this at the time, he was really well respected.
Everytime i got to my favourite part if the nightmare music i would lose the ball. Went through a few cheetah joysticks playing this and didnt even use it
+cheekyegg Were you playing it on the Amiga? The Amiga version didn't use joysticks. Was the shift keys. Funnily enough it was this game that made me discover CONTROL Amiga Amiga did a reboot, slamming hands down on the keyboard in frustration! I know what you mean about Nightmare too! The music changed quite far in and you suddenly realise you've been going for a long time! Then lose focus and screw up.. and its a really cool sound on that music too!
I am looking for the music that was on the disc. (From the group that hacked it in scandinavia. Don't remeber the name of the group or the theme thou.)
The best title music for the best pinball simulator for the best computer system in history
I played this the entire summer of 1993. I was so pale that year!

the first 2 minutes ....best ever , after .....
A500 here, good times
Amiga was underapp in USA only, in good ol' country it was King, but I do agree, underdog anyway...if only Commodore would work it out in late 80s...

@@onlineamiga Yes I cant belive that with todays technologies its not possible to create such a cool theme song. Phantasy got lost. Creativity is gone
Im sat listening to this crying my eyes out. So many good memories.
I used to load and reload this on my Amiga 600 because the tune was so good. I had the amiga connected to a stack system and the bass was incredible.
The BEST FUCKING SOUND OUT THERE... I'M CRYING RIGHT NOW..

I played this game with my family when I go see my mom and stepdad
To think they became DICE and gave the world Battlefield! what a legacy!
They WERE DICE at that time. Full name: Digital Illusions Creative Entertainment = DICE.

Classic, when videogame music was original and it's own genre..
This and the State of the art demo never gets old!
Awesomeness from the first until the last second!
Fantastic sound. Computer music is so boring nowadays.
Bob Lennon et le synthétiseur rétro-futuriste des années 80 ... Une longue histoire d'amour XD

Try "Celestial Fantasia" by BeaT. The bit you are probably looking for in that song is around the 4-minute mark

Star boy?
Nowhere near as good as Turrican II, but, still an OK tune.
Daft punk?
