    OMG this video is super life saving. Sir i want to find out, is the number of work experience calculated till the day you start your skill assessment or the day you do your Expression of Interest or the the day you're invited?

    Hi Carl,
    I find you amazing and very informative.
    Please can you predict, I lodged visa on Feb 9 2023, Vic 190 ICT offshore. We are hardly receiving any offshore grants.

    Thank you for the video. Where can I accurately compare my UK qualifications to the Australian Qualifications so I don't make this mistake? How can I find out what an NVQ level 6 is equal to?

    Thank you so much Carl, your channel has been very helpful. I have a quick question. I have skills assessment results with above 8 years of claimable work experience. However, my early years of work was still deducted. My question is below;
    Scenario: I started working in my field on 2nd July 2012. However, ACS advised that my experience after 25th April 2015 and above are claimable. Fortunately, I can still claim 8+ years based on my skills assessment
    Question: In the work experience section of my EOI, do I state indicate the start date of my employment as 2nd July 2012 or 25th April 2015 (as indicated in my Skills Assessment report) ?
    Looking forward to your kind response.
    Cheers

    Hello sir,
    I'm a student from India and completed my Bachelor's in mechanical engineering. I want to pursue master of engineering ( mining engineering) from the university of Wollongong. But this course only have provisional accreditation under engineers Australia.
    Will this be a problem to get PR in Australia after my masters and also in getting a job ...? Does it require a fully accredited course.
    Uow and curtin are my dream universities..but their postgraduate mining courses in mining only have provisional accreditation..
    Looking forward to ur suggestion as I'm in the application process right now..
    Thanks

    But for example in the case of VETASES, they discount one year experience. Do we have to take our real experice or the experience that Vetases says? thanks

    Hi, I have 5+ years work experience but i have worked more than 3 years for the same company and occupation under contract administrator. When i applied for skill assessment, i had claimed 3 years which is actually relevant to this anzsco but vetassess deducted 1 year so till today it is now 2.5years. Can i still claim 3years experience in EOI for 491 subclass for all states except NSW? Is there any chances for visa cancellation? I could provide valid documents like payslip, tax doc and bank slip as an evidence. I have already opened an EOI for QLD claiming 3 years of experience ( also QLD said they require 3 yrs work experience after post qualification and vetassess assessed my degree as AQF associated degree) but now i am worried if i got invited then there will be any other problem during visa application or not. Please help with best advise.
