Hi, sorry for this issue. Please make sure first that you have internal storage in your phone not iCloud space or SD card space. During the video saving process, it will generate many intermediate files, these files will be automatically deleted once the saving process is completed. But for this process, you need to have at least 3 times the video size.
If you have enough space for the video, please try to restart your phone a try to save it again. If you still need any help, please send us a detailed description and screen recording of the problem in SEND FEEDBACK in InShot Settings.

Are there settings in InShot to correct a visually squashed video? I can change overall canvas shape, but not the aspect ratio of the video itself.

@inshot can you just add some premade text scenes. I really don't wanna do all of this when I need to just add an intro/outro or scrolling text to a video or image. I use inshot because I'm on my phone and table and wanna use a few minutes to create a simple video. This is too much y'all. Just add some simple premade text scenes, thank you.
