- We favor Tern Overland doors and windows due to their rugged design, availability of parts, aesthetics, functionality, and cost. In this video, we show you how easy it is to install windows into a Globe Trekker habitat. All the windows in this habitat were installed in less than 3 hours.
Refer to the terms and conditions document located on the company website for any safety information in regards to operating vehicles with habitats attached, the use of the stairs/ladder, and other components that if used improperly or assemble incorrectly, could use sever injury of death. Habitats are required to have a carbon monoxide and a smoke/fire detector that are supplied and installed at the owners expense. Preventative maintenance of the systems purchased from Globe Trekker are the sole responsibility of the owner of the habitat. (See website URL below.)

So clean. Very impressive. Three hour job for window installation is great.
Makes quick work and something that many people are a little apprehensive in doing, but shouldn't be. Tern Overland is a great choice in windows and doors, but this tutorial could be used for others as well.
Great points about saving the cut outs
You never know when they will come in handy. For our pass through, the hole you make for the pass through becomes the pass through door. It makes it simple and cheaper to manufacture... cost savings gets passed on to the consumer.
You guys have some a long way in a short period of time it seems =) Hope to make it down from Seattle to check you out.

Can you get a wider floor from Artic Turn?
A wider door? I only see doors as wide as 24" on the Tern Overland site. www.ternoverland.com/products
