Do You Feel Like You are NOT Enough?

- Most of us feel like we are not “enough” some of the time, but for some, it is a thought that consumes our life and our world.
Do you think you are not enough?
My social anxiety, like many others, is driven and fueled by this idea that I am not enough. In my new memoir, Out of My Shell, I document these thoughts that span from childhood all the way into adulthood.
In this week’s UA-cam video I’m talking about how to explore and understand those feelings of “not enough-ness” and how to start the healing belief that you’ve always been more than enough just the way you are.

❤ Natasha, thank you so very much for your video. This is, and has always been, my #1 core feeling and belief about myself. All my other beliefs stem from not ever feeling ‘good’ enough. I’m a few days away from turning 49 and I honestly feel it in all areas of my life right now. I wouldn’t wish this feeling on any human being.
@@lillyluvabully5916 I totally get it. I have carried that core belief as well. It is never too late to slowly tear down that lie. You are enough. You have always been enough 💓.
I’m amazed you have the courage to put out videos at all, much less really putting it all out there like you do. You seem very strong.
@@jttj742 thanks, I appreciate the kind words. I haven’t always been this strong. One small step at a time.
