Hey bro.having issue getting 12 volts to signal wire that goes to the starter relay on top of starter. Making starter not full engage checked b4 when I hit key and have voltage batt voltage coming out but only 4 volts to signal wire at starter relay
I have a international 4300 it won’t crank to start I didn’t let the gauge cycle I just stared the truck up instantly and it was about to start and half way stopped I got tech out and checked everything and nothing I got a spn 1081 fmi 9 code

Good information
I have power and ground on each side of a new solenoid. I have key power at the signal wire. But no start
Did you find the fix?
Thanks
