It's done at tremolo speed and increment along down bow to get those speeds

I thought only Itzhak Perlman could play this Bazzini piece! Bravo young man, you were spectacular. Dance of the Goblins is one of the showiest violin pieces out there. Young Christian Li has knocked it out of the park. Incidentally your accompanyist was superb as well. Congratulations to you both. You should send a copy of this performance to Mr. Perlman. I bet he would invite you on to the stage with him somewhere!

Clicking "LIKE" doesn't express strongly enough just how good Christian's playing is. I'm curious about one thing- what made Christian want to play the violin over all other instruments? There's definitely nothing wrong with playing a violin and the beautiful music it makes but since other instruments are beautiful in their own right, I was wondering how the violin won his heart.

@@pastabox303 Yo Yo Ma is Asian but he plays the cello. I follow great Asian pianists on youtube. I am confidant that there are Asians in every classical music instrument category. I just wondered what it was about the violin that won him over.

The thing that stood out for me (above most other youtube child prodigy videos I've seen) was the performance aspect and the connection with the audience. Definitely can be a future star if he so chooses.
